The MD-80 take-offs were truly a sight to behold. If you were lucky enough to fly it up front, it was quite comfortable. Flying in the back on long haul domestic: not so much. Either way, I miss seeing them. Thanks for the video.
Wonder why these folks as well a couple others in other videos took so long to get their asses moving. Because I can't picture ATC clearance would take this long.

Wow, a takeoff like a rocket. I miss seeing those DL MD-88's in DAB and ATL. They always put on a great takeoff show.
