I have 4 of these for more then a year now for the camping or the park. They still work after a lot of use. Tip: buy 120 ma batteries for it, the CG will be a little more forward, and it will faster and can handle a little more wind.
That definitely looks like a lot of fun to fly! Also, that flight control system is so simple, if you ever manage to damage the plane beyond flyability, you could probably tear it out and mount it onto one of those Basla Wood gliders we all flew to destruction when we were much younger...

Flew something close to this from Air Hogs and spent a lot of time in my front yard flying and really enjoying it. I would climb up high, glide for a while and just kept repeating this for a while. Had birds come check it out, dragon flies and yes, I did on occasion find myself on a roof or two. lol I loved how quiet it was, how slow it flew and how relaxing the whole experience was.
It really is amazing that we dont have to spend a fortune to really enjoy this hobby 👍😃⚓

I can picture these being great to have out at the flying field, to help introduce kids to RC flying. Simple, durable, and - if it does crash and get totaled, not a big loss.

Bought this one and the 182, same principle. Love to fly them in my yard they are a challenge because of no rudder or elevator, they fly great.

I learned to fly on a very similar plane - the Flybear FX-807, which comes in at a slightly lower price point. I haven't gotten it out in over a year.. guess I'll remedy that soon.

I love the way i often find a review i missed...i had a very similar sized biplane many years ago.
i used to crash and bang around the house with it on wet winter evenings and i never thought of taking it outside even once.
the thing i liked about it was how fun and durable it was.

Looks like a mini version of the gliders you can buy with motors. That time was impressive, for that size you'd think just a few minutes to impress a little kid(maybe) but wow!

Pretty cool plane. I wonder if it'll fly better if you add tape weight to the leading edge of the wings or nose? Great video as always.
Needs a teensy bit more nose weight but pretty good. I used to own a lot of the flybear range with identical control systems and on a calm day, with a little more room you can probably steer it around with the trim control

Was indeed a nice long flight. Flew very well for such a tiny plane. Only how good do you think it would do in 3-5 mile an hour wind. Paint the clips so you could find them easier if it pops off. Good review as alway's. 😆. Read info said it had a gyroscope??? Maybe that's why no loops.??
i'm a regular sub for a pretty good while. I've watched this particular show maybe 3x now. Mine just showed up today and I took it out and inspected it.
Good box, easy to store and carry around
It is a one piece design so nothing to put together.
If it breaks, good and light packing style tape or gorilla glue can get er done back together.
I can use those little 1s toy drone lipos I have piles of. Easy and can have 10 charged in 15 minutes.
Maybe when we make it too heavy with glue and fixes, we can upgrade motors. No doubt it would be so easy to do.

I am enjoying learning how to fly this plane but it is a challenge to keep it from porpoising and to fly it steady and straight.
My first rc plane I got when I was 6 was very similar. It lost signal on its second flight and continued flying away into the sunset. Legend says it’s still up there… flying around.

Since you liked the KF606, have you tried the Volantex Micro Trainstar 781-2? Not the mini, but the micro. It has a 200mm wingspan. I’ve seen it on Banggood and eBay in the $20-$28 price range. Keep the videos coming!

I bought this little plane, It had one of the best maidens ever. A really cheap plane cost me £13. Just be careful as when turning the plane can still generate a good amount of lift even with no throttle as the plane turns by differential thrust and so I ended up in a tree when I came in to land. I didn't bother with the 75mah battery and stuck a 150mah battery which is about 1.5grams heavier. This made a little bit more weighted on the nose as the 75mah definitely seemed too tail heavy. A motor also burnt out after one flight but I have ordered some replacement 6mm slightly more powerful motors that hopefully should be ok once soldered on. She still flies with the one side motor that barely works as the planes so light you can easily catch a gust of wind or a thermal and climb slowly with a bit of patience. For the price a very nice little flyer!
