Fletchers late goal will probably hide how poor we was in the first half and again how defensive errors cost us goals , some players needs to step it up , as they not been good enough these last two games.

What a Game of Grit and Heart. But F@#$ we need to get Sorted. We got absolutely Ran the first 20min by crewe.
Been Saying this for month now, We need to Stop this Long Ball garbage. That is 95% of out problem. It's way to predictable. And teams are onto it. We have no attacking prowess driving forward and with creativity in movement cause we stick to the same 3-5-2 junk that has shown it isn't working and tires our guys out making long run after long run, or getting mauled by 3 defenders when the ball comes down ,or we do win it but no MF's are there yet to support.
2 examples of Formation change and Having a game of drive, movement and creativity. 1st was the Wimbolden game we were in like a 4-4-2, or 3-4-2-1 shape and absolutely owned that game unlucky in the draw but gave them absolutely no breathing room. And we have better personel now. 2nd was today. We go down to 10 men and change formation and what happens, pretty much dominated and we damn near we the game. Why ? we had like a 4-4-2 is formation ,but we attacked, and attacked and came from all angles and drove forward Dog on A Bone mentality. The proof is in the pudding just wish Parky could see it. Like I kinda said last 2 weeks, When Lee,Evans,McLean,Mulls and Fletcher are on its hard for teams to handle us. And once again showed today. But the problem is we have to have that prowess and fight the whole game. Which we don't. And get faster defenses in January. Just my 2c

you have two good players in Mullin and Lee ............. apart from that pub league standard . Mid table finish at the most with that dinosaur you have as manager .
Tbf the squad is decent, but just had a off game at home, away form is worse than the home form mate, but hope you enjoyed the vlog anyway!
