I apologize for my utterly stupid question in advance; Is this monk build good in world content as well? I see you're doing rifts and i was wondering if i can use this build with bounties, helliquary etc? :D Thanks!
I've been playing this game for three weeks now and i am level 60(669) and i don't have any pattern of equipment (green ones) because of when i see that the combat rating is high, im taking it. what advice do you have for me? like, am i going to get a set properties even its a low combat rating or just do what im doing? thanks!
Best to just reach server paragon and then worry about getting the perfect gear. Sets are very powerful, but you want to be caught up before chasing them.
Since legendary gems are not easy to come by, I rarely include gems in build guides. There aren’t any specifics to this build that depend on Legendary gems. So I’d suggest using the best stuff you already have.

oh yeah! Great for world Farming, Bounties, Dungeons. It's pretty stellar all around.

It's called "Gloom Guide's Prize"
If you look at Dungeon Rewards in your Codex, you can see all of the sets and where to find each piece.
