- If you are fortunate enough to get to walk the beach at Pipe during a perfect NW swell in January, you will notice a few things: heavy yet pristine barrels, a crowd of 100+, and Italo Ferreira surfing at Mach 1 speed. This day also had the 'who's who' of the surfing world out there in preparation for the WSL Pipe Pro.
