Jupiter retrograde makes in siting in sixth house means struggle for love also it aspect 2nd house means traditional values.2nd house planet or aspect importent because those represent our values.also 7th lord in aqurius bhava not good for love marriage.

It depends on the culture and the lifestyle that people have. Western cultures are quite individualistic and people there are pretty independent when it comes to making their own choices. Plus, meeting someone through friends, hobbies, activities is quite common over there and dating is actively encouraged while in India, dating is like an open secret, and a lot of people prefer arranged marriages, plus the culture over her is not very conducive for love marriages to happen
