Sabalenka is on the next court over (in the right of the video). Can see her at times if you squint. But yea, walking around the venue, you can still hear her grunts from 4 or 5 courts away.

probably whichever feels more natural to finish with based on balance. also if youre trying to apply more spin, then naturally the upward momentum would bring the racquet up and over your head rather than around torso

you need to be able to return softballs; you need to be able to return women serves.... its not only about power. She does both btw (she has a semi fixed male hitting partner)

Don't disrespect a WTA player especially with MK's quality. This video show she's on par with Iga at least while hitting in terms of speed and quality of the ball.
