Phoenix Police arrest California Takeover Suspect for Arson and Promoting Illegal Takeovers

Eric Hanshaw has been seen on video and social media promoting street takeovers all over the San Bernardino and Phoenix areas. Not only do these street takeovers cause public disruption, they often turn to violence! Just like the case in San Bernardino where he’s seen using a flame thrower to cause tens of thousands of dollars in damages to local businesses. CA law may have gotten soft, but it’s not the case here in Arizona.
Eric was arrested on arson charges and extradited back to California.
I want to personally thank Phoenix PD for their efforts in stopping these illegal displays of speed in the public setting.
California and Arizona both have multiple tracks available to do just this sort of activity for a very reasonable entry cost.
