I used to switch to shiny pearls or 'weak' Tropical Surges only to see the ball hook even more on dry patterns. Now I know better.

When using Rule 31, do you aim at 31 for the breaking point. Say you look at the Graph Sheet and it said 43 feet now -31 around 12 boards? is that 12 from 43 feet or 12 from 31 feet ??
