- I am excited to share a new Goal Planning Method I have just discovered- The KANBAN Method. I am making my goal planning board using my Laurel Denise Horizontal. I have started to set pages up in the back of the planner using sticky notes.

They are pretty handy !!
I use this system too! I have a small Kan Ban board in my craft room. I change it out every quarter. I am a visual person too and this system does help keep your most important goals front and center.
Yes - I am hearing a lot of people do it quarterly! I may have to look into breaking it down more by seasons. I love you use it to !! I bet your board is a much prettier board than mine !!

This was how we planned the big school events, academic fairs, and galas when I was an admin. It was an amazing tool.
Yes , apparently I am the last to find out about this !! It is such a different approach to tackling projects. Karen you are always so organized !
I have seen it before but never implemented it. I am a stay at home mom so I don't have a ton of detailed projects anyway but I can see this would be an awesome system for a workplace!
