"Hordes of tourists" is certainly not a description of the region that we had the opportunity to visit for the second time.
Given the rich cuisine, magnificent national parks, ancient cities and magnificent beaches it is hard to understand why this region
he remains so silent. Maybe except for Matera, which is the most visited place in the region.
However, this peace, quiet, the lack of crowds and the places where we have been, makes us know that we will return there again.
Imagine a region with picturesque beaches on one coast, beautiful bays on the other, and one of the oldest cities in the world.
Add a lot of warm sun, delicious food and wine, and you will get one of the most beautiful and little-known regions - Basilicata.
Driving along the region, right next to Potenza, it is worth stopping for a moment in the Palimenti City Park, which is a complex of caves that once operated as wine production "laboratories",
and their architecture is unique not only for the region but also for Europe.
Castelmezzano is one of the two stations where you can make an angel flight, which we wrote about earlier in the Pietrapertosa video.
The most fascinating spectacle of Castelmezzano is the scenery of the Lucan Dolomites in the background.
Over time, rain and wind have carved shapes in this sandstone rock, which folk tradition has given special names, in fact

Biorąc pod uwagę bogatą kuchnię, wspaniałe parki narodowe, starożytne miasta i wspaniałe plaże to trudno pojąć, dlaczego ten region
pozostaje taki cichy. Może poza wyjątkiem Matery, która jest najczęściej odwiedzaną miejscowością w regionie.

Jadąc wzdłuż regionu, tuż obok Potenzy warto na chwile zatrzymać się w Parku Miejskim Palimenti, który jest kompleksem jaskiń, które działały kiedyś jako "laboratoria" produkcji wina,
a ich architektura jest unikalna nie tylko dla regionu, ale również dla Europy.
Po całych Włoszech rozrzucone są pozostałości po opuszczonych miastach, czasami nazywa się je miastem duchów.

Miasto jest naprawdę specyficznym zabytkiem. Miasto niezwykłe fotogeniczne. Miasto, gdzie podczas podróży na szczyt stromego 400-metrowego klifu nie spotkasz tłumów a jedynie kilka miejscowych osób, które przejeżdżają tamtędy.|
Miasto, w którym spotkasz ducha, bo w końcu to miasto ducha. Miasto, które pokazuje, że nawet zniszczone piękno potrafi nadal zachwycać.
Miasto, które trzeba odwiedzić. Nam nie udało się znaleźć przewodnika, dlatego na pewno wrócimy tam by dowiedzieć się więcej ciekawostek o tym miejscu.
