@@djordjejovanovic4540 I would recommend to just follow the ratio the game says and going slightly over it should not be that much of an issue Edit: if you got better improved infantry/cav/artillery from national ideas or idea sets you can just ignore the ratio since the military debuff would be ignored by the buffs you get
