I made a big mistake watching this at 9:51 PM 🤤. It’s too late to eat but, I am feeling real (mouth) hunger.
We need a cookbook from you
I agree. It would fly off the shelves. They are both so precious.
I totally agree!!!!!!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Now I must try that chicken picatta(?) recipe
Yes!!
Yes! We need a cookbook from you two!
I only cook ribs in my crockpot. I get them fully cooked and then cover them in sauce and set them on the grill for a couple minutes to caramelize them.
You two make my husbands & my night. Better than Netflix! God bless you!!❤🎉
Hahaha awww thank you! What a compliment!💗
I am 75 and my husband is 81. We live in Georgia. We enjoy your channel. Your recipes are so good and doable! We love "The Bunkys" as we call you! We have tried and enjoyed several of your recipes! You two are so cute together! Thanks for all you do!
You are so sweet!! Thank you so much for leaving us this comment! It made my day!!
Have never tried capers before, but want to and make this recipe, can't wait
We've made so many of your recipes, and we love all of them. Can't wait to try these next.
Hey Alma and Tony ❤️ Have a wonderful evening ☺️
@@robylove9190 hey hey. Thanks, you too.
I love when you say,
”It’s my favorite “, because it just means its good. 😋
I love everything you two cook up. 🤤 yum.
Lots of favorites 😆😂
@@crawleyr4919 just means you know it’s good and she Loves food :) nothing wrong with that!! I love when she does that lol. I love food too lol 😂
My favorite part is when she says this is my favorite. It really sells me on the recipe. I love this channel because I love her enthusiasm for cooking!
Jessica, every time I hear you laugh it brings a smile to my face. Love that happy sound!
I love it that most things you cook is your favorite. That's because everything you cook is wonderful. Love, love your channel and love you both!
girl, there’s no problem with everything being your favorite :) so excited to make the chicken and potatoes!
😂 Lola and Bean are my and my husband’s nicknames!
I agree...you guys need to make a “Best of the Bunkeys’” cookbook!
every meal is her favorite
My 5 month old daughter is literally watching you smiling from ear to ear right now. We love you guys! 😊❤
Awww we love you right back! Give her a little squeeze from me!
@@jessicaodonohue i sure will! :)
My favorite color is the green. Keto twins introduced them on their channel. Game changer. The are non toxic and chemical free. Health conscious as we all are!!
Jess, when is the Bunkey Cookbook coming out.?🤗
Don't worry about saying favorite.... You are positive and enthusiastic about things. That is a wonderful quality to have ! Don't feel like you have to be anything besides authentic Bunkey and Bunkey❤❤😊😊
Please do a cookbook with all your favorite recipes
All these recipes look great! Cannot wait to try them. Have you ever tried ribs in the Instapot? So yummy! It takes a while to come to pressure with all the apple juice but it’s still much faster than a slow cooker. My SIL and I did a cook off on vacation. She made crock pot ribs and I did IP ribs. The husbands voted the IP the best. Fall off the bone deliciousness! 😋
We've got to get her to use the instant pot!!!!
"Capers come from a prickly bush called capparis spinosa that grows wild across the Mediterranean and parts of Asia. The capers we see in the grocery store are the un-ripened green flower buds of the plant. Once they're picked, the immature buds are dried and then preserved."
Thanks!
Oops now I got to the part where she googled it lol
Girl there is no shame in having multiple favorite's with your recipes. especially when you are a foodie. The one with the chicken and potatoes I'm definitely gonna be trying.
The amount of joy I get from watching your videos is almost concerning 😂 this was a great video this week! I found y’all on here when planning thanksgiving just this past year, and by now I have made quite a few of your recipes! My family always loves them❤️ I watch your videos every week before doing my weekly meal planning! I’ll be trying all the recipes from this week 😁 I grew up with a single mother who didn’t really know how to cook so we ate a lot of hamburger helper, shake and bake, and takeout! 😂 I only started being brave enough to start learning to cook about six years ago and your videos are always so down to earth and easy to follow! Simple but so yummy! As a mom of 3 I need that 😂 love you guys!
Not to dis a great bowl of hot hamburger helper 🤣
Wow, you just totally made my heart smile so big!! Thank you! I love that you have made some of our recipes and loved them! I love to cook, but I also want a recipe that is pretty easy to throw together but taste amazing! Those are always the recipes I am searching for!
I know how much y'all love Kinders, have you tried the Kinders Garlic marinade? If not, you should....
I make chicken piccata, but I leave out the cream and pasta. It’s very good with the cream, but it’s also very good with just the chicken stock, lemon sauce. Drizzle that over, have a side veggie and a side salad. Yummy!
I love your amazing energy and bubbly personality. You and your hubby are a great team on your videos!
I can't wait to try the Mississippi chicken skillet!! It looks so yummy 😋
Awww, it always makes me so happy when you say a recipe is your new favorite, or in your top 5...that just means it is super delicious. Also, it is perfectly fine to have 42 favorite top 5 recipes! Your top five depends on the moment...and the season, or the day of the week, your mood, what you're wearing, and/or if you're having a good or bad hair day. So you go ahead and keep being you and saying a recipe is your new favorite! Seriously!
That is SO true!! I love that perspective!!
“Bout to shed a tear. So good!” Would be a great favorites video title
Hahaha for real! I need to use that!🤣
I love it when you try new recipes Jessica! 😍 Your excitement about new recipes is so contagious!😋
I remember a time when you weren't as confident to try a new style of cooking, try new cooking vessels or unfamiliar ingredients. But that was the old Jess! 😚
I see even more changes with the new cookware! But not just that but you also used the air fryer and crockpot! 😘
You've learned to utilize so many modern cooking vessels and you're becoming a master at them! 👍
A few years ago I purchased an electric pressure cooker (basically the same thing as the Instant Pot). I was scared to death to use it! I had never used a pressure cooker!
However, my sister had been using the old fashioned pressure cooker her whole married life! And it was the kind that sat on the stove and had a chance to exploding! 🤯
So I took my new electric pressure cooker to my sister's house and we tried some recipes. She fell in love with it on the spot! 🤗
During our cooking session I also fell in love with it! These things are designed to cook like the original pressure cookers, providing wonderful flavor and tenderness, but they don't explode like the old version!
The lid locks in place and won't even build up pressure unless it's put on correctly! I had the same fears as you! And I wouldn't use mine until I consulted with my sister because she was a pro at cooking with a pressure cooker!
The way I've seen you learn and grow as a cook, I know you can get this! Basic rules: Read the instructions! The pressure cooker needs one cup of liquid in order to pressurize! The lid can only be locked in place one way! If it doesn't lock, it won't pressurize!
The beauty of a pressure cooker is you can brown meat in it then add other ingredients, lock on the lid and cook a meal in a fraction of the time!
I once pulled a whole chicken out of the freezer and put it directly into the pressure cooker! No defrosting was required! You can put any frozen meat in it!
You can also cook nice cuts of meat in it to get tender. Start off browning it then add liquid then pressurize it!
I've made pot roast in mine and it comes out amazing! You can cook the roast and get it so tender then release the pressure, add potatoes and carrots then pressure the raw vegetables in 9 minutes! And it will taste like roast, potatoes and carrots individually! It's not like a crockpot where all the flavors are mixed together. You can taste every ingredient! And it makes quick work of every meal!
Personally I don't think these new devices can explode! There are many safety features! There's only one way to put the lid on and lock it in place!
They're very intimidating at first and I was scared of it at first. But once I started using it, I couldn't stop! And I think that's how you're going to be!
Remember, Mandy was the same way when she got hers. But now she uses it like a pro!
I really think you're going to love using your pressure cooker and you'll probably kick yourself for waiting so long to try it! 😉
I've been watching you cook for years now and I've seen what you can accomplish! You hardly ever baked when I started watching you and look at you now! There's nothing you can't do!
If you're still uneasy about using the pressure cooker, get together with a friend who has mastered it! The confidence they relay will be absorbed by you and you'll be on your way to pressure cooking like the best of them!
Look how you've mastered the air fryer and crockpot! You can do this! And you're going to love it! 🤩
The first time you cook meat in it, you're going to fall off your chair! And you can stand the ribs on their side in the pressure cooker and they'll fall off the bones before they're through cooking! 😋
Are you convinced? I am! I have no doubt that you can do this! 😁
Believe me when I say that you'll be frantically looking for new recipes once you've cooked something in your pressure cooker! ☺️
And just think about how many pressure cooker recipes you can add to your cookbook! 😚
I could tell you more stories about my experience with my pressure cooker but this is probably enough for now. Just remember I have more! 😉
I love the 3 new recipes! And I love how you used so many types of cooking methods to make them!
Thanks for sharing another great video! 🥰
I think you might have convinced me lol! Thank you for sharing this sweet story with me! I may have given my pressure cooker to my mom because I figured I would never use it haha! I'm going to have to ask her for it back! And you are right, I would probably kick myself for not using it sooner! Thank you for always being here, for always encouraging me, and for always being such a light! You are amazing and we are so grateful for you!!
Jessica your to funny🤣 You can have 100 favorites. ♥️♥️
I make baby back ribs ALLL the time in the crock pot!! Salt, pepper, garlic powder on DRY ribs. DO NOT ADD LIQUID. 8 hours on low. Slather with bbq sauce and broil 4-5 minutes. HEAVEN!!
So going to make the Mississippi chicken. I made the chicken and rice in tge crockpot, my husband loved it! Love from Wisconsin ❤
I was going to tell you what capers are but, you looked it up 👍
One of my favorite meals EVERRRRR……
* Chicken Piccata w/a Cream Caper Sauce
* Orange Rosemary Duchess Potatoes
* Old~Fashioned Green Beans
I'm so happy I found you! I cannot stand the texture of onions and I'm so happy to FINALLY find recipes that aren't crammed full of them.
Yes girl! No onion club over here!
I can not wait to get cookin'!! Ribs are gonna be first!
You're allowed to have many favorites. ☺ It looks like some winning recipes! Those ribs looked amazing. 😋
You have a rotating favorites, 👍❤️👍❤️👍
Jessica I was so nervous watching you cook this dish with your beautiful lavender shirt onnnn😬 This would be the perfect opportunity for you to create and ware your very own apron! Please Jessica make us all some BUNKIE merch and please make us an Apron-please😘🥰
An apron is a great idea! I need one, bc I am constantly dropping stuff on my clothes!
We cook ribs in the crock pot all the time. Wrapped in baking bag then in the crock on low setting. Soooo Good !!!
I personally love it when you say it’s your favorite cause it just shows your excitement and love of good and yummy food just like myself. You can can have a thousand favorites and still find more to add to it! Plus, your new favorites add to my new favorites! So, thank you kindly! 😊❤
Jessica
These recipes are outstanding. Each looks wonderful. Love your new cookware. Love the color green.
Thank you so much!! We love it too!
Yummooo to all 3!!!
I add the whole jar of capers and juice! It’s the best!! Double the sauce!
You can always have new favorites. You are constantly trying new recipes for us. So don’t listen to any of those comments and keep cooking😉
You're the best! Thank you! I agree, I'm always loving new recipes!!
The ribs WERE moist🥰 Thank You Bunkies. Just added a new recipe to my limited dinner go to's.
Thank you!!! I love crock pot ribs!!!! And keep that positivity going! It’s the joy of the Lord! Have a great day! ❤
You are so sweet!!
@@jessicaodonohue Thank you! 😃
Fantastic group of meals! Only thing missing was a quick peek at sweet Daisy. 🥰
I made the crockpot ribs today!! The BEST ever!!! We'll never grill them again....thanks for sharing
I do squirt the mustard on and then rub the smoked paprika. Cook in the instant pot with apple juice and a little water. Then broil with bbq sauce in the oven when done.
I love the joy and excitement and honest reviews !!
Putting the ribs under the broiler first then slow cook in the crockpot might be even better, but the ribs look so good. I feel you, when you love food and it’s so good, all you can say is this is my favorite 😂 I love food and I love to eat and try new recipes. Thanks for sharing!
OMG! Me too! I love Caraway! I look at their site all the time. I want to get rid of all my mismatched cookware and bakeware and replace it all with Caraway! Lol!
Omg I'm drooling ,
I need these in my life right now
Girl you are aloud to have as many favorites as you want. Is foodies just enjoy food and it’s hard to choose lol. It’s just our way of appreciating life 😂. I own a deli where I make what I want each day, no menu, different daily. I’ve never followed a recipe, I just do my thing. I have lots and lots of favorites 😉
Mmmm...
chicken piccata. One of my favorites! Looks so good and easy. Thank you for sharing.
Tip, when you lift the lid on the crockpot you lose a lot of heat, the manufacturer says that it takes about fifteen minutes to bring back to temp.
Looks all so delicious
A always serve my piccata with roasted potatoes and veggies. It really is a wonderful chicken dish one of our families favorite. And crockpot ribs are the best
We Mississippians can cook! Mize Mississippi here!
Try using a butter knife to take off the membrane off the back of the ribs. It’s nice because it doesn’t poke through and also use a paper towel in your hand to grab the membrane and pull it. It’s a game changer.
Caraway cookware is the best! I got my set for Christmas and absolutely love it......I got the yellow and it's beautiful!
I've been watching all your older videos and making em all week!! Spinach Artichoke dip tonight, crunchy taco wraps tomorrow and the chix with pepperoni and noodle soup Wed!!🩷🩷 love love love ya'll!!
Pepperoncini not pepperoni😂
google info: "Capers come from a prickly bush called capparis spinosa that grows wild across the Mediterranean and parts of Asia. The capers we see in the grocery store are the un-ripened green flower buds of the plant. Once they're picked, the immature buds are dried and then preserved."
Please don’t stop saying things are your favorite. That is my favorite part about you. Your excitement is the best.
I get so excited when you two put out a new video! 😂 All 3 look delicious, and I can’t wait to try them. I’ve been doing ribs in my crockpot for a long time, but I’m going to try your seasoning method next time!
I have never made ribs in a crock pot. So I have got to try this recipe out.
Yum! Looks so good.
Oh yes we are making us some Crock pot ribs very soon. They looked incredible. Y'all truly make me love these ribs solely on y'all's reactions! No lie my mouth is wanting to eat them ribs up!
Jessica I glad you enjoyed your recipes thanks for sharing this recipes with us God Bless you both
We do the same thing in the oven at 275 low and slow at least 6 hrs. Perfect every time
I love your enthusiasm when you are cooking !
😊 thank you!!
If I remember correctly, a caper is a bud of what would have been a flower. You catch them just before they bloom
I’m going to try all these…. My husband loves ribs so this will be first on my list! Not sure big I am ready for Mr. B to say they were that good…we all know he is the best at rib grilling !😄
For the chicken piccata, I think you actually DON'T want a nonstick pan ... you need the fond (with the flour) to form on the bottom of the pan to incorporate the flour and savory caramelized chicken flavor into the sauce which will thicken it. (Not hating on your new pans - I think I am actually going to order some in the pink color! Its just that you do need the right pan for specific recipes)
Your wonderful new brazer pan would be great for this dish.
Chicken Picata is my Favorite! Thanks for sharing.
I cannot wait to try these
I usually cut my chicken with a knife, while it's still partially frozen. Makes it so much easier. I have done the hacking it up with scissors too! I love your channel so much!
Aww thank you!! Thats a great tip! I will try it!!
All these looked fantastic
Yum! Can’t wait to try those ribs!
Yay!! Love your recipe videos!!
Thank you!!! You are going to LOVE these! They were the BEST!!!
Great video as always!
I'm so happy you like your pans. I have the same four pans in the same color. They were a Christmas gift two years ago. Enjoy them!
I love that y'all have the same nickname for each other. My girl best friend and I have done the same thing for years. To each other, we're both "Bubby".
Yes !!!! I’d buy your cookbook ❤❤❤
Awesome recipes, thanks 👍👍👍
I will be trying all three❤️❤️❤️
I have a lot of favorites because it depends what I’m in the mood for at that time!😊
Same sweet friend!!
You are right! All 3 look wonderful. I will be doing theses this week! Thanks!

All look delicious. Must try. Blessings

It’s what I love about our channels, we learn as we go!!!!
Happy Blessed Monday Bunkeys. I can't wait to try these recipes
Where did you get your salt and pepper holders? Beautiful cookware.
I’ve made ribs in crock pot many times. I use the boneless country style and sweet baby rays sauce. Always tender and falling apart. I will try that recipe!
I always make my ribs in the crockpot . They are always to tender and yummy
All 3 recipes looked great , but the ribs ... looked amazing !! A must try for sure ! Thank you both for sharing these . Blessings to you both !
Marinade for a dry rub for ribs on the grill is the best
Enjoy watching you both. Love the recipes.
