My wife has endo stage4 which grows into some of the endoabdominal organs. Like so many women, it got diagosed very very late. Before surgery it got so bad, i found her laying in her vomit, unconcious on the floor. It also made our desire to have children very very difficult. We needed 5 years, a very good specialist clinic, a bag of money and A LOT of luck and praying for that. I just want to say thank you for giving this topic extra attention on your channel. It is SO IMPORTANT and dealing with this for such a long time teached us... even a lot of doctors dont have enough information on endo, or just ignore it... leaving the girls and women alone. Dear Jessi, please stay positive. I see you have a great partner on your side, and that is so important. No one should go through such tough times alone. You two look like you will rock this no matter what!
    Best wishes from Germany.

I suffered from endometriosis pain for years. When I started seeing a holistic doctor who taught me endometriosis is linked to excess candida in body. I changed my diet completely did a candida cleanse, which I do a few times a year and I have not had the debilitating pain of my youth. In fact, if I start feeling any cramp, I know I need to cleanse and watch my diet. Coffee, chocolate, sweets/sugar increase the pain. I feel for you, I remember doubling over or laying in fetal position trying to breathe through the pain and praying to God to make it stop.

As a fellow endometriosis sufferer, I understand everything you just said. From when I started my period at the age of 10 to when I was diagnosed at 20, I was doubled over on the floor at family functions just thinking it was a horrible period cramp. Was in and out of the ER with "possible appendicitis" but always came out with no results. Doctors, family and sometimes even my boyfriend made me feel like it was all in my head - my dad was the only one who truly advocated for me and told me that it didn't matter the financial situation, we are going to figure this out.
I was talking to one of my cousins one day and she said my symptoms sounded just like hers when she was diagnosed with endo and pushed me to go see my OB. Within 5 minutes of talking with him, he immediately knew what it was and got me in for an emergency laparoscopy. When I came out of anesthesia, he told me that in all of his years as an OB/GYN, my case was one of the worst ones that he'd ever seen.
He put me on some hormones but it wasn't helping so I did a deep dive into how the diet affects it and sure enough - it was everything that I was eating. Processed sugar, caffeine, gluten, dairy, even red meat. The average American diet lol
Once I started to clean eat, not only did the pain go away completely, but I also lost a lot of weight, had more energy and my hormones regulated better than they had ever been.
I'm thankful for the Pasini family 's candidness and bringing more awareness to Endometriosis. It makes me feel seen. It makes me feel heard.
I pray for any woman who is going through this and wish you all the health and children you deserve. 💜

I had endometriosis and it took YEARS before I was finally diagnosed! It was an ER doctor who finally said I am 99.9% certain you have endometriosis, I am going to give you the name and number to an exceptional OB/GYN. I am forever grateful to him because I had horrible periods from age 11 (started at 10) until I was 23 and in consistent pain and no doctor believed me. This was in the mid 90’s so internet wasn’t available. I had 1 son prior to surgery and after the surgery had another son and within a year of having my 2nd son I had a hysterectomy. I wish I had all the information that is now available because I think I would have tried different things first (I did have another surgery prior to the hysterectomy, had pills, and physical therapy) I feel communities now are so helpful to one another! I love that you two are so willing to share your journey as it’s not easy!
    God Bless both of you!

Yes no one believes you. Especially other women. My female boss always made me feel like I was faking. I'd be in so much pain needing to go home and she'd roll her eyes and say did you take a Motrin?🙄

    • @Ferf3o
      @Ferf3o Před 2 měsíci +1

@@bloomingnut23 very true and then you feel like you have to convince everyone you are being 100! I think we end up “sucking it up” because we get so tired of trying to get people to understand. I had a Dr tell me I needed to go to a psychiatrist, that was about 2 years before the ER dr. I think my pain threshold is pretty good, I gave birth 2xs no pain meds with either and I think I handled myself well. I think what people need to understand is no two people experience pain the same. I learned from a Dr that they only receive 7 hrs of training on pain in medical school. Very little is focused on pain, causes, experiences and so on. Veterinarians receive 40 hours of training on pain.

My daughter-in-law had Endometriosis so bad she was in constant pain! A fibroid cyst also ruptured on her right ovary and it had to be removed. She had surgery on the other to save it. The Doctors told her she had a 1% chance of having a baby. They have 2, a son who is 15 and a daughter who is 14! After having the children she had surgery to remove the endometriosis and the surgery lasted 11 hours, they also had to remove part of her bowels. We also do another brand that we like a lot. But when her pain is bad, she is down for 45 days excruciating pain just unbearable pain. So I understand about all this and you did give me some helpful hints for a few other things that we didn’t know which I have sent her. She is now 20 and in college and living in the dorms and says that it is horrible when the pain hits, thank you for helping

Having Endo is an extremely tough journey ❤ After going the traditional route and not experiencing any difference I went alternative. Seeing an Epigentics Kinesiologist who provided supplements for my muscle pain (it changed!). Recently I did a cleanse only eating vegetables for one month. That shifted 70% of my symptoms. I’ve had to cut out sugar - that played a big part. Now I’m doing a Candida cleanse for the finale. Cutting processed foods and wheat is helping hugely. I also have 1:1 sessions with a master healer and he has also changed so much for me. You will get there! X

Hey there! I really enjoy your videos and shorts😊.
I was diagnosed with endo, by chance, at age 38. The doc thought my iud was lodged so they did an ultrasound and found I had a large cyst on my left ovary. I had always had a lot of period pain and general uncomfortableness during my cycle but never thought endo was the cause. They took out the ovary and I continued to have so much pain...went on progesterone for a while but then had to go off bc my blood pressure went up.
Ended up going to an endo specialist about 4 hours from where I live, had a hysterectomy and he cleaned up some spots he found. Was glad to be rid of my uterus as I had no use for it (no kiddos for me)
Anyway, what I later realized was that a lot of what I thought was endo pain was actually fibromyalgia pain. The fibro was causing pain in my pelvis area and abdomen which i mistook for endo pain. (Not suggesting this is what's going on with you just explaining my situation) A lot of people with fibromyalgia also have endo so I'm curious if you happen to have fibromyalgia. After 7 years of trying to figure what was going on with my body I was finally diagnosed with fibro at age 44.
I can totally relate to your suffering and the heating pads, tens unit, hot baths...ugh it's horrible. I feel for you and I hope you find relief. Your positivity is amazing. Much ❤ to you both!

Jessi, thanks so much for sharing your journey. I watched this video and felt like I was looking in a mirror. When you pulled out your tools I just started to cry because I've used every single one of them. I have also dealt with chronic nerve pain in my arms and sciatica in my lower back and legs for 2 years now. Getting the muscles to relax is a constant struggle. I am starting to pull out of it now, so I can tell you from experience with hard work and determination you will get through this time and there will be days in the future where you can be pain free. Here's what has helped me the most.... daily stretching (every single day multiple times if needed), hot baths with epsom salt (you know the drill here), a low-inflammatory diet (this has been the hardest for me but is the most important), movement (walking and muscle work regularly), good sleep (hard to do but very important), and what I call my miracle supplement, Magnesium Glycinate. I've tried over 3 dozen supplements in the last 2 years and magnesium has worked the most of all of them in terms of keeping the muscles from contracting constantly. You are so lucky to have Alessio supporting you in this journey, as it is often such a lonely journey, Now I don't feel so alone. Keep up the hard work, and you will get through this. Again, we can't thank you enough for sharing your journey to grow a family.

I had similar pains (back, legs, feet) and pain management tools. I was told I had endometriosis and my pain came from there. With any treatment for years it was getting worse and the doctors were giving up. Turns out I had a broken vertebrae in the lower back: birth defect, nobody ever noticed, gets worst with age and with exercise in youth. A doctor found out by mere accident during an x-ray! I had to have a spinal fusion and that resolved my pain. I encourage you to check your lumbar spine. Good luck and thanks for sharing and educating!

Thank you for sharing these tips. I am 3 months post op and do still experience pain from endo. I see my pelvic floor pt every 2 weeks and it has made huge improvement in my pain. Every pain location you described is the same for me. My pt started doing some dry needling on my back and abdomen. It can be painful, but i think it has drastically helped with my muscle tightness and my adhesions. I would try it if your provider hasn't done it yet and see how you respond to it. Not all adhesions were removed during my surgery due to location and difficulty. We suspect adenomyosis as well, so that is a factor in my treatment as well. I hope as you heal, you will get more relief from your pain and have great success in your fertility journey!

I'm 52. I suffered for years from pain. Years of people telling me everyone feels like that. Then the Internet came and I heard the word. Endometriosis. All the doctors nothing. I've had 2 children. The worst back labor. No epidural because doctors wouldn't give me one. Thank you for bringing this to light. No need to suffer and believe women when they say they are in pain.

Endometriosis is just awful. I had to have full hysterectomy aged 20. They tried everything not to but a hysterectomy was the only thing to give me my life back. Hasn’t been easy at all. I’m 50 now. I wish you al the very best.

Five months post excision/ hysterectomy/ureterolysis/ and 2 hernia repair. I thought the surgery would make me new but I am still having troubles.
I am also doing PPT. It seems to help a bit and it is comforting in a weird way, knowing which part of my body is in pain. My floor muscles are so sore. I am having quite a few interstitial cystitis symptoms at this time, which I plan to see a urologist for. My hernia spots feel awful.
Stage two all over and adenomyosis confirmed, so I know the surgery was necessary but it sucks trading one pain for another.
I wish you the best, Guys! I have three beautiful babies somehow (it was God, I know)! You will have your Leo soon enough, please keep faith. ❤️❤️❤️

I am so sorry you are going through this. I had the same thing happen to me. I got 3 surgeries to help with the pain and when I was going to go for my 4th, my doctor told me to just try for a baby. It took me almost 2 years of trying but after I finally gave birth to my son I realized that I have no pain. It was a miracle. In the meantime, watch what you eat and stay positive. Also, talk to your doctor to see if you can stay off the pills. Some of those pills have horrible side effects.

I’m sorry you are still having pain. I’m four months post excision surgery and still have pain. They told me this is normal, it can take anywhere from 6 months to a year to feel better. A lot of my symptoms are better but my back pain is still very intense. I just got released from pelvic rest so I can do pelvic floor therapy. I tried an infrared sauna today and I felt better afterwards!

I pray you're successful & won't experience anything near what I went through. I still have all my scars & it's been 13 yrs since I had my surgeries. When I had my laparoscopy for endometriosis, I almost died. I was still in pain, & every time I tried to lay down, I felt like I was choking. It was crazy, but my OBGYN kept saying it was normal. Something in me kept saying, "This ISN'T normal." My husband rushed me to the ER bc he always trusted my instincts over anyone else's. We were there for 5 mins when they rushed me back to do a CT scan! Within 15 mins, they said they needed to do ANOTHER laparoscopy IMMEDIATELY bc I was bleeding severely internally!? 😳
It was TERRIFYING. When I woke up from that surgery, the nurse at my bedside said, "Honey, it's always bad when they tell a nurse to stay by your side like this. I'll be honest. Had you waited a few more hours to come here, you WOULDN'T have made it. You lost a LOT of blood & needed a few bags for a blood transfusion & you'll need to take iron for a few months, but be thankful you survived!" I'll never forget that nurse. She was so worried for a total stranger, but I was SO glad to have her by my side. 🥹♥️

Obviously you’d want to check with your Consultant to be sure it fits with the whole regime you’re following. Sending you both hugs x

Caster oil on your abdominal region. In your belly button as well for healing. Organic and in a glass bottle. I have had abdominal surgery and this helps so much with the healing and pain. Vitamin B complex is great for nerve pain as well as nutrition. Feel better💕🙏🏼.

I will tell you that when I had a major removals that it took me months sometimes to feel comfortable. The surgeries on my ovaries were super painful to recover from. I agree that stretching is super important. You’re blessed that you can take the progesterone. It makes me super sick and I can’t handle it. The only thing that ever helped my period pain was a heating pad. I now have a good medical grade moist heating pad that I use for the adhesion pain that I feel occasionally. I recommend it. It penetrates deeper than a normal one. I have a lot of hip pain and I go to a pain management massage therapist. It is the one thing that I wish I had found when I was your age. They are a real blessing to me and I go every two weeks. Sometimes it is painful during the session, but they can get my muscles to relax in ways I can’t on my own. After I always feel so much better. You might one to look for one in your area.

To help with surgical scars use vitamin E oil or capsules you can break open. It softens the scar tissue and massaging it in helps the scar tissue break up (probably not the correct verbiage).
I am so sorry you are going through so much! I'm sending love and light to you for healing and better health going forward. ❤❤
