      Cremora that's the name of the powder it's milk if you live in South Africa you can find it at sunshine food stores ect. Hope I helped

      Yes you can use liquid food colouring. You can also skip vanilla essence or add another flavour of your choice e.g. strawberry, lemon, cream soda.

    Why must the water be cooled after boiled? What happens if you use freshly boiled water and mix the sugar and powered milk

      You have to add flavours if your powders are not flavoured already
