I'm a beginner chef, just made the best roasted chicken sandwich with homemade honey mustard. If ever I open a restaurant, I'll put one in Kentucky so you can eat my secret recipes. Much respect.

You might want to checkout the Market on 42 its in the old Goshen general store that's got to be over a hundred years old they have good local deli meats and the best milk you have ever drank.

I just realized that you don't do reviews on newer restaurants and the general store is under new ownership but it still might be something to check out just for the history and the setting it's kinda of like an old timey fell with a modern twist. I think this might have been a Shell, back in the day, pretty sure their were gas pumps. when I worked out in lagrange, i always stopped by in the morning for a biscuit sandwich, and most likely went back for a hamburger for lunch...great memories...thanks Barry.

Barry, I know you like to try different types of foods. I am from Pennsylvania so I am wondering if you tried any of our deli meats. My father just loved ( & also made some homemade) liver pudding, Scrapple, head cheese, kolbassi, pickled pigs feet with veal, blood pudding with or without rice, ring bologna, souse? I am either making your mouth water or 🤮. I forgot sandwich spread which is different from ham salad! If not, you haven’t tried everything yet! 😆 lol…..
Another great video. Does your mic or camera have a gain adjustment/limiter? It's not bad here but it sounds like at times you're peaking. Might be worth turning the gain down a hair for clarity :)

We've been to their new place on 42. Same food, but they have a big place with lots of seating and cool tables made from cable reels as well as outside seating and tables.
