One thing I think that is important to remember when doing this. Make sure you double check that whatever pattern you are using is orientated the correct way. Sometimes it means you use more fabric though. But you don't want upside-down flowers or even sideways ones😂
The chairs look great and I love all the work that you've done at your mom's
Hi Kylie!! I love the DIY, project and it was cheap and easy instead of going to someone for doing the reupholstery!! I love the pattern, you picked! You got the perfection from your mom with how wanted to keep everything matching!! I really enjoyed that your mom and family channel posted than Crystal and her family posted and than you posted, what a great day for me to binge out and watch all of you!! You very independent woman Kylie!!! It’s sweet that your grandma gave you her old chairs, that’s very sweet of her!! Have a great day Kylie and Marc!!! Enjoy it!! Stay safe and healthy!! Love you both!! 😉❤️
Soooo, your projects are so awesome that I can't wait to try some that will fit my cabin. I recently bought a real cabin and I'm so lost on how to update on a disabled veterans income. I love that your projects are so cute and AFFORDABLE!
Great job Kylie! The chairs look absolutely beautiful!
I totally questioned how it would look but it looks FABULOUS!! good job!
Hi Kylie they look great and i love the fabric ,when i did mine i had fabric left and just made some place mats for my table ,worked for me so i passed on to you ,keep up the great work loving what you do 😀
You will be even happier with your chairs once you decorate for Fall!

Kylie I love your new shirts! Specially the blue one with the bling!♥️♥️
The chair looks awesome. You’re so talented
Just an idea, use the extra fabric to make a matching pillow, or bows for your fireplace decorations :) You are very talented!!!
The chairs turned out beautiful
Beautiful!!! everything you do looks professional!!! Amazing job
I agree look way better!!
Kylie! Have you ever been to SAS fabrics? If not, you should absolutely check them out! Their stuff is SOOOOOO much cheaper than the typical craft stores for fabric and sewing craft supplies & there are 3 locations around the valley🤗
I LOVE SAS Fabric !!!
so clever to just cover existung fabric, definately makes it seem less scary xxx
The chairs look great!! Thanks for sharing
Hi love the chairs glad you kept therm because they were your Grammy's just waiting for you to do some more at your moms love everything you do love all your family keep up the good work girl power💞💕💚👍xx
Been looking forward to your next video 😃
Great tips & ideas and you're chairs look amazing!
Beautiful chairs. I love the fabric too.
Those spare bits you could use to cover a cushion with if you want to bring a bit of that fabric in elsewhere in the room! Or equally if they still fit the chairs, they would be good to keep as spares, in case any of the chairs have an accident/spillage. Anyway, I love the fabric choice! Definitely goes a lot better with the room and still quite a forgiving fabric with its pattern and colours. And I'll be curious to see what you do with the table when you get to it - I'm guessing you might stain it darker - a little like the brown stripe in the fabric, and maybe with some white somewhere, but I'll have to wait and see!
It would be cute to have a table runner to match the chairs, or a pillow? Great job!
I was looking for this comment, I hate repeats lol I love tartan! I've literally ordered a throw an hour ago!!!
Sorry & thank you for the hijack lol Carol
Much love to you all, over the pond, Jacq U.K

Great work, Kylie! Beautiful!
love the chairs , they turned out great
Looking great Kylie!!! This channel really inspires me to get stuck into the DIY, my dad taught us loads and my mum was always great at craft stuff too before arthritis set into her hands and I’ve taught all my kids too so now we are going room but room adding sparkles and special touches to each room we decorate & upcycle ♻️ projects are such fun and we had forgotten just how much fun they can be so thank you for all you upload as it’s made us get back into getting stuff done ✅ 💋 xx
Looks great! I need to redo an old office chair.
A big difference. They look good.
Great job love chairs
Super cute!! Love the plaid!! 🧡🧡🧡

Super cute. I love reupholstering chairs. I have one I am going to finish a chair this week. 😊. Also I completely agree about lining up the fabric pattern the way you want it to lay on the chair. Awesome job 💕
Great job Kylie!
Thank you girl , it looks amazing. Thanks for sharing.
You always do awesome decorating!
Wowwwww amazing! Thank you so much for sharing
Love the chairs.
Your laugh is like your mom's 😀
Thank you for your pep talk at the end of this video.
It gives me the courage to just jump in and do my dinning room chairs too.
That's the only way they will get done.
Fortunately I found the prettiest fabric at a thrift store, it was real💚 inexpensive.
If I messed up I'll just buy more.
Your so sweet,😊 thanks again for inspiring me.💙
I just love the way your's came out.💜
Those chairs look quite pretty and plaid is always attractive. I have a quick question or advice. I have contemplated painting our kitchen for a long time. Is there any specific paint you like? Do you like to use rollers when you are painting a wall or brushes?
You always brighten my day. Great job on the chairs. And I feel that “ I’m going to know .! 😂
Great job Kylie...Chairs look great
They r lovely well done x
Fab & fearless! I love your 'get it done' approach to your projects. 🤘

Omg this is the first video I went to watch on reupholstering my dining room chairs, and you have the exact same chairs as me!
Hi Kylie! They look amazing girl! Great job! You lady's all got good taste! Mark too lol!😄 love your videos. You Rock! 🤘🏼
Great job....love it
Thank you for your easy & on point video!!! I just finished upholstering my dining chairs. Not bad for my 1st time. ;) 🥰
You could use the extra fabric to make a cushion for the black chair in the corner- matchy matchy
I loved that you go for it!! I have been wanting to change my chair cushions too for years. I typed out a whole message and the phone messed up before i could send it ugh!!! But the gist of it was if i did the chairs and the other stripe came out only on 2 i would have used them for the end chairs. Because you have 6 but you have to do what makes you happy. I love you and your channel ❤
You are so inspiring to watch.
Diy was fantastic thanks for sharing your skills 😀
Am not regretting why I subscribed to yo channel

I love your vlogs! So talented with your design choices!
So… did your hand hurt from using the staple gun?! Love that you always tell us what you are using. 💕
I have old wooden chairs with decorative backs, but stripping the paint is so laborious. Do you have a product you like to use that may save time?
so cool
Another great one
I love this tutorial..very nice. Will be redoing mine chairs in a few wks but using a neutral colour so I wont have to change them down the line. :)

Cute! They turned out great!
Also when you say "Here they are!...." you sounded exactly like your momma and for a second I wasn't sure if it was you or her

Make a cute little throw pillow with the left over!
Great vlog today
Wow super

Beautiful God bless you xx
Is good to see you awesome job God bless stay safe
U do such great work, to bad u don't live by me, I'd hire u to decorate my place, it needs an update. Love ur videos, an love you
great job... if your OCD would have allow you to... you could have put the two orange at each of the table... yea... OCD here too....lollllll... you need to buy a good set of scissors and pinking shears.... put them in a bag/box just for fabric... if you use pinking shears to trim off extra fabric... it will keep the fabric from unraveling....
Use the extra fabric to make a throw pillow for the chair in the corner or a cushion with ties.
I would have just put the 2 odd chairs at the head of the table and tell people I did it on purpose. LOL
Beautiful sharing my friend 👌👌👌❤❤🌹🌹🌹
Would you recommend buying or renting a power stapler? Or was it fine just using the manual gun?
Love your videos! Did your hand hurt? Is there no need to fold over the fabric to tuck in the ragged edges?
You can make a throw pillow from the scraps
Greetings from British Columbia
How much fabric do you think you need for two cushions
DIY can be tiring but it saves money and rewarding because you know you made it. ❤❤❤
The chairs look great. You did a wonderful job. You could make a matching table runner or napkins with the extra fabric. Love your channel. ❤️
To sharpen scissors, you can cut a piece of aluminum foil a few times.
how much material did you use for the four chairs?
Oh, I heard ..... 4 yards :p
Likwe nice 👍🏻🇪🇦
You sound so much like your mum 🇬🇧😀😀
Is it just me or did Kylie sound exactly like Shelly when she did the final reveal....I never noticed it before but if I had heard just a clip of her voice there I would have sworn it was Shelly ☺️
Make some pillows out of the left over fabric
My name is Kevin and I'm first 😁
Waisting a lot of time get down to business 😢
Super woman 👩❤
Kylie, you sound so much like your mum
I wish you would show before and after pictures! You can't really see the full result because there's no zoomed out full picture just the video of you doing it we can just see how a couple chairs turned out but can't see the full result
Hi! I’m sorry I had a before picture at the end of the video but it was probably too quick - I’ll make it longer in the future! I also always have before/after pictures on Facebook and Instagram if you want to check them out!! Thanks for watching! ♥️
