Mango cheesecake cups

  • *Crust:
    2 cups graham crumbs ( about 20 cookies)
    1/3 cup of melted butter
    1 tbsp sugar ( optional)
    *Cheesecake cream:
    1 1/2 cup whipping cream
    1 block cream cheese 250g
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1/4 cup mango pulp/ sauce
    *Topping:
    1 package mango jello
    1 cup hot water
    1/4 cup cold water
    3/4 cup mango pulp/sauce
    Note: I used store bought mango sauce but you can make your own at home by crushing fresh mangos
    ✨Direction✨
    1: crush so graham crackers then add butter and sugar and mix.
    2:whisk whipping cream till stiff peaks then transfer to a plate.
    3: in the same stand mixer or bowl add cream cheese and powdered sugar whisk till soft and fluffy.
    4: add back in the whipping cream with mango sauce and mix all together.
    5: mix jello with hot water then add cold water and mango sauce and mix.
    6: start on layering the cheesecake cups first add the graham crumbs and press down then add the cream mix by using pipping bag way easier and faster then top it with the mango jello by using spoon so it doesn’t mix together the cream with the jello.
    7: cover and refrigerate for couple hours before serving.
