  • For under $35.00 install a AUXITO LED headlight bulb from Amazon, and save $100.00 over a JNS headlight with better results! Very impressed!
Will work on any bike with a H4 bulb, Honda XR650L , DR650, DRZ400 etc..
Easy install , use less power get a brighter whiter light.
Skip video to 10:10 for installation.
UPDATE!! I just came back from a night ride on the XR650L, and the JNS headlight will be coming off and the stock headlight going back on the Honda with the other LED headlight bulb. There is that much of a difference!

For those worried about excessive heat from this bulb being so close to the wire harness and clutch cable on the DR. . . I did an experiment. I hooked the bulb up to a power supply in the garage on a 90 F (32C) day. After 10 minutes, I measured the temp of the heat sink using a very accurate thermometer. The highest temp I recorded was 175 F (79C). Given that typical wire insulation begins to melt well above 200F (93C), I don’t see an issue. If you were worried about it, a wrap of shielding material, like foil, should give you some insurance. Keep in mind too, there was absolutely no airflow around the heat sink in my experiment. On the bike, air moving around the front shroud will keep it much cooler.

I was about to try the JNS but saw some reviews saying it wasn't that great for the money. I came across your video and decided to give this bulb a try. It is definitely a huge improvement over the stock bulb. The low beam does kind of divide up into a left and right lighted area with a bit of a slight dimmer area in the middle but it still beats stock by a long shot, and gives you better visibility to the sides and helps in sharp corners. The high beam goes on forever, but does have a tendency to light reflective signs very brightly. Not a whole lot you can do about that though. I like the fact (in my case) that I still have a back up bulb as well. Cost me about $16 per bulb, that's not bad.

I wish I had seen this before I ordered my JNS light. The JNS is good, and is well-made, but since it's a full light unit, it won't be able to compete on price vs a bulb replacement. I don't care much about the appearance change (the JNS looks very modern), so I could've saved $100
