Magical crystal, metaphor for will and comics stuff yk? Dick figures out the way to defeat the crystal is through reminding himself of himself and what he stands for, weakening the crystal which takes the form of the Gray-son until they can defeat him for good. Freeing Grayson and restoring him fully. The aftermath doesn’t have to be anything big or lead into anything huge at all but the readers get some epic battles and moments we love to see from Nightwing’s stories. This fan idea is probably cringe and basic, but it’d still be cool to see as a Nightwing fan. My point still stands, the arc was rushed and seemed like they didn’t care so it’s the worst arc in Nightwing’s history. On par with some with the infamous, “Panic attack” issue.
The whole point of Batman's no kill rule is that if he kills one person, he'll open up the possibility of killing every criminal he finds. But the same applies to paralysis. Once he deliberately paralyzes someone, why doesn't he just do the same thing to every single villain before he transports them back to arkham.
Yeah this is why I kinda like the campy version of Batman bc his father was a doctor and his mother tried to open up a mental hospital. This campy version is like trynna finish his mother and father dream by rehabilitating his rogues by using his mother shrink skills. That’s what I wish writer looked at . The whole Gotham city insanity is also explains bc they are fucking surrounded by chemical. Even in the first issue has to deal with chemicals. Writers back then needed to tell people there image of their universe instead of keeping it a secret to prevent anyone from stealing it bc now we have stupid writers fucking the whole story up
This version of Batman is thanks to frank miller. Half the mf today grew up reading this version of Batman and why he’s so popular when he acts like a gun wielding punisher like character
from what i understood watching this video, he didn't exactly intentionally snap that guy's neck. Though he did intentionally leave him to potentially freeze to death. BUT if he had no way of actually getting help due to the conditions he mentioned then... he COULDN'T have saved the killer anyway.
@@ryanspencer9602 it's a multifaceted complex situation, yes his value of human life is one aspect of it but my point still stands. If paralyzing someone is ok, why doesn't he just paralyze every supervillain to stop them from being evil anymore?
For everyone pointing out Bats broke his "no kill" rule, its sort of reaching circumstances here. Bruce didn't mean to break KGBeast's neck and leave him paralyzed, he was backed into a corner, he even admits he's freezing to death and has a bullet wound. Bruce's only option to 'save' KGBeast would be to carry him back, but due to how weak Bruce was, and how big and injured KGBeast was, there was little chance Bruce could even make the walk back, plus, if you know anything about moving people who are injured, there is no way if KGBeast has a broken neck that Bruce would move him that far without killing him anyway. You can point and scream "AHA!" that Batman technically killed someone, but I think the intent here plays a role.
Isn’t Batman tricked out the wazoo with tech? I assume one of these would be a tracker in his suit since he uses satellites. Call up Alfred with the batwing
If the grappling hook has enough force to cause a near internal decapitation it has enough force to break break ribs, cause heavy vomiting, severe abdominal trauma, and probably cause a brief period of unconsciousness. I would also argue that Batman knows enough about aiming for targets to shoot at COM.
Batman just straight up kills a guy. Though knowing comics the bad guy is going to get saved by some ninjas or magic monks or something like that, just so that Batman isn't actually guilty of killing. Assuming they ever remember the guy. 😮💨
He probably already called the cops or something on his way there. He would assume he is gonna win. Batman is nothing if not pure willpower and determination.
Batman’s no kill rule is bc he’s clinically insane. The only thing keeping Batman sane is his dedication to his moral compass which if it breaks will represent his sanity breaking.
I really hate this ending. Even though KGBeast will obviously return this is comics, Batman is breaking his no kill rule here. Breaking a guy’s neck in a frozen tundra and leaving him there is definitely manslaughter.
I didn't catch at first The guy that sold the gun was a gun runner. I just imagined some guy chilling in his store then suddenly gets his s*** kicked in by Batman.
I bring up this injustice scene from the injustice games, red hood/nightwing even call bats out for causing permanent disfiguration and even paralysis in thugs and crooks they fight but not go to that same extreme with others like Harlequin or the Joker.
Batman walked there. 300 clicks is over 186 miles. He also got shot before the fight started. He then won the fight while taking severe damage bleeding profusely and proceeded to walk 186 miles back with all those injuries.

The batman loop holes he uses with his code of not killing 😂
The Batloophole. Usually he leaves it in the Batcave, but this time he brought it in a batpouch on his batutilitybelt.
That's not why batman doesn't kill. He doesn't kill because he values human life to a fault.
@@ryanspencer9602 it's a multifaceted complex situation, yes his value of human life is one aspect of it but my point still stands. If paralyzing someone is ok, why doesn't he just paralyze every supervillain to stop them from being evil anymore?
You don't hurt batmans first son and get away with it
Batman is really push that “I won’t kill you, doesn’t mean I have to save you” quote
3:17 i love how they used the snow to show that batman was losing signal
He easily could have put him in the remains of the cabin and called in help later
He just didn't want to save him this is the second time he's left kgbeast specifically to die
he does stuff like this with normal goons all the time tho
If the grappling hook has enough force to cause a near internal decapitation it has enough force to break break ribs, cause heavy vomiting, severe abdominal trauma, and probably cause a brief period of unconsciousness. I would also argue that Batman knows enough about aiming for targets to shoot at COM.
Batman just straight up kills a guy. Though knowing comics the bad guy is going to get saved by some ninjas or magic monks or something like that, just so that Batman isn't actually guilty of killing. Assuming they ever remember the guy. 😮💨
It was Russian helicopters that saved him 🤷🏻♂️
He had called interpol and the helicopters came as he was leaving. He had already arranged everything.
" I knew it, NAPKIN MAN! He's the worst!"
So instead of killing, batman instead left them to die... slowly...
Skill issue
"I won't kill you, but I don't have to save you." Has to be my favorite loophole.
Upon hearing about this, Joker conveniently never bothered Batman again 🤣
that opening with the wall coming down was hilarious editing dude, XD
Fantastic video and delivery! *sound proofing falls*
Amazing Work Bro you’re Narration is superb 🤞🏽🔐💙💙💙
"i won't kill you, but i dont have to save you"
- batman here probably
I love how short and entertaining your videos are, keep up the good work
KGBeast: "my neck is broken help me"
BatChad: "Skill issue"
Lore of Batman Paralyzes a Villain For Nightwing Momentum 100
okay, you earned my subscription by how you handled that tape failure. absolutely magnificent.
Well that’s a whole lot less ambiguous than “I won’t kill you but I don’t have to save you.”
I know this is an old video but I love that you included your sound foam falling
That panel falling just earned you a sub
Bro really killed the KGBeast twice
Rick Grayson as the Rock is the most beautiful thing ever.
Mulletman, id love to see a video on your favorite comic as a kid and now
This redeems Batman in my eyes A LITTLE BIT. He still has a long way to go!
Nobody cares that you don't like Batman
@@RyanG0899 You care enough to comment ;)
Batman is GOATed
@@dah_goofster Yeah. He's GOATed on been a piece of shit...
that was a really good batman voice
Thank you, very cool picture at the end (': XD
i love your response to a panel coming loose XD
im subbing for the soundproofing.
Bruce said “I didn’t kill you, the snow did”
He probably already called the cops or something on his way there. He would assume he is gonna win. Batman is nothing if not pure willpower and determination.
As a musician I’m glad to see you upgraded your mic set up and added sound dampening but you should super glue them to the wall lol it’s easier
I read the title as “Batman Paralyzes a Villain For No Reason”
Literally unwatchable, thanks for not buying enough tape. Kidding, another awesome video thanks so much I love your channel.
“I won’t kill you but I don’t have to save you” Batman
Can you make one about Kang?
Batman’s no kill rule is bc he’s clinically insane. The only thing keeping Batman sane is his dedication to his moral compass which if it breaks will represent his sanity breaking.
I way too distracted by that sound panel missing.
The goat has returned
4:38
Queue Sil from Sopranos “oooo”
Just Realized That KGBeast is actually a Fire gamer tag 🤣
3:56 the artist has inverted the arms of the man in the illustration below lol
4:00 does kgbeast’s hand hook switch sides?
2:25 Year sure, covers all his tracks but shows his clubcard to the guy who sells him the weapons :p
use sticky tack if you aint gon tape it correctly
I really hate this ending. Even though KGBeast will obviously return this is comics, Batman is breaking his no kill rule here. Breaking a guy’s neck in a frozen tundra and leaving him there is definitely manslaughter.
It’s not murder if he returns, EZ comics logic.
He's such a hypocrite
I didn't catch at first The guy that sold the gun was a gun runner.
I just imagined some guy chilling in his store then suddenly gets his s*** kicked in by Batman.
I stg that soundproofing had some comedic timing 🤣🤣
Bro that guy just works at the gun store lol.
Your Batman voice is pretty good
my code says I can't kill you, but that doesn't mean I have to save you... from the danger I put you in!
Batman: do you remember the sewers? I won't kill you, but I'll leave paralyzed in a snow storm.
Makes you wish he'd just do this to all his rogues gallery lmao
From what I understand is that Batman doesn't kill directly at least, most of the deaths are always like non direct or some shit
Dam Batman that's cold! XD
That is 100% murder lol but we love to see it
A legion of gunfire sounds cool. :D
Batman always doing kgbeast dirty. First leaving him locked up to starve to death and now this lmaooo.
0:36 does anyone know where that picture is from? It’d make an awesome poster
Batman doesn´t kill, but he does leave you to die out in the cold
Batman on his way to put Joker and Penguin back in Arkham for the millionth time:
I bring up this injustice scene from the injustice games, red hood/nightwing even call bats out for causing permanent disfiguration and even paralysis in thugs and crooks they fight but not go to that same extreme with others like Harlequin or the Joker.
Jason and Barbara be like in the corner
😂
Anyone know if this story is in a omnibus?
I would love to read it.
It’s funny bc BM did that to him before. You touched on it as I was typing lol
Post Credit Scene is wild 🤣🤣
Yeah this was during tom king Batman run which I thought was bad at least in my opinion.
0:50 i know the Pain is too much
If KGBeast didn't kill his father moments before batman arrived he would've survived with the help of his father but that's just karma I guess
Why is Matthew Murdock explaining a Batman comic to me
Napkin Man was too strong dammit .
I should not have stayed for the endscreen.
Scotch double sided tape my guy.
Thank you for the video.
0:56 me after that panel fell
Man, that's cold.
Y'know, if Dick just asked Batman to break Joker's spine...
Batman - "yeah i dont kill people but i can break your neck and leave you to freeze to death"
Batman walked there. 300 clicks is over 186 miles. He also got shot before the fight started. He then won the fight while taking severe damage bleeding profusely and proceeded to walk 186 miles back with all those injuries.
"I won't kill you but I don't have to save you" -Batman
When are you going to make a video of mysterio
