best revelation I ever got was the story of Hagar and the name of God in that story: He is the God who Sees. Never diminish another's pain or fear. Hear them, it's all they are seeking from you. Hear them receive them with love. No comparisons. Small or large is all a matter of perspective but never to be discounted. Not touching, no face time with others, not seeing the expressions when another speaks is a very difficult experience and it does have negative consequences on both our physical and mental health. I am getting through this time with God, but it has been hard. Maybe not as hard on me as it is on someone accustomed to daily social face time with touching and visible expressions and interactive activity. No online communication will ever adequately supplement the one on one interactions in person that God intended for humans.

I was 16 years old and I was aiming for perfection just to receive praises and compliments from people and friends and that the time I doubt myself. You just said that "you downplay yourselves in order to feel safe" (not the exact words actually) that hit me hard and I realize that I was dwelling on that thought. Now listen, I've been thinking on the loaves and the fishes story all day. And how, I could be going to the food pantry for my son and I. And when a friend was in need, we always seemed to have enough to send with them, and still had plenty for ourselves. Mathematically that should have never happened. Let alone this be true between about 4 or 5 of us. 2 of us were helping, while we needed help. 3 others needed it. We always ended up being able to manage for everyone with God's help. 🙏
"it's the small that He blesses and multiplies" i feel so bad because i feel i don't spend enough time with God as if there's some sort of time quota i need to fulfill be the end of the day. if i don't do this, that, and the third, i feel like i failed, even though i did x amount of other things throughout my day. any time with God should be treasured because time with God is relative.

i feel so bad because i feel i don't spend enough time with God as if there's some sort of time quota i need to fulfill be the end of the day. if i don't do this, that, and the third, i feel like i failed, even though i did x amount of other things throughout my day. any time with God should be treasured because time with God is relative.

I really needed this I’ve been struggling with mental health and it’s affecting my job im praying that everything gets better for me
Romans 14:11 -- For it is written, “As I live, says the Lord, every KNEE shall bow to Me, And every tongue shall give praise to God.”
Luke 22:41 -- And Jesus withdrew from them about a stone’s throw, and He KNELT down and began to pray.
Acts 20:36 -- When he had said these things, he KNELT down and prayed with them all.
Psalms 95:6 -- Come, let us worship and bow down. Let us KNEEL before the Lord our Maker.
Daniel 6:10 -- Now when Daniel knew that the document was signed, he entered his house (now in his roof chamber he had windows open toward Jerusalem); and he continued KNEELING on his knees three times a day, praying and giving thanks before his God, as he had been doing previously.
I AM GREAT AT ENCOURAGING PEOPLE AND THEY SAY I REALLY HELPED. I'M EVEN BETTER AT PUTTING MYSELF DOWN. STRUGGLED WITH SELF LOATHING, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY... I'VE HAD SUCCESS WHEN I PRAY CONSISTENTLY AND TELL MYSELF WHO I AM-CHILD OF GOD🙌🙌🙌🌈. FEELS GREAT TO BE PART OF YOUR CHURCH. I WATCH EVERYDAY. GETS ME THRU DARK MOMENTS. WOULD LOVE TO HELP YOU OUT WITH WHAT EVER YOU NEED IF I CAN HELP. I'M LIMITED, NO CAR OR MUCH $ JUST WI FI AND THE PASSION FOR JESUS 🙏🌈

This past week I had negative words say about me. Then I was saying positive things to others but negative words you try to do things at a great farm of organization and I was putting myself down. Let me tell you something I'm beautiful unique ☺️ and smart parson god see me as his child thanks for the message 😍
