You need to use umbrella behind it yo disperse the light through the lines. I built mine also and use two 7ft umbrellas with two AD200’s and it’s a huge difference. I also only used one big sheet once diffusion fabric and saves so much time.
I just got done building this set up. I thought about using that but wasn't sure how it would up so I used osb. Next issue I had was how to black it out. Finally came up with the idea of paper. Looks great but every time I use it I will probably have to redo the paper.
