I recently got the Lomo'Instant Automat (non-glass version) and I can say that the flash is still absolutely center-weighted, giving u a heavy "vignette" look when using the flash. Still, it is better than the flash on the Lomo'Instant, which has a 27 mm field of view and the flash rarely covered even half of the frame.
Personally, I would rather just get the non-glass variant of this camera. That model seems to be better thought about and fabricated. Of course if you prefer hybrid cameras, then the mini Evo is a fantastic camera too!
Apologies to our viewers I mispoke! The wireless lens cap shutter button works via infra-red and not bluetooth

Thanks for sharing! my hunch was that they used the same flash in both models without consideration for the lens design
Come on Lomo make a wide glass camera. Fuji has just failed us once again.
Yea the "upgrades" on the instax wide were disappointing. Its now left to loom as well as MiNT or the instant modders to maintain the wife format
The remote control isn’t bluetooth, is it? It is infra red.
Oh you are right! my mistake, I will pin a comment to clarify this
Meh, seems OK for the price. Better off with the Mini Evo.
