No they aren’t. Bide ur time, collect gems, i had 34k gems for CT, i did summons, got him to SSS. I am at much higher realms for CT, EJ is at SS+. So bide ur time is all i’ll say:
I'm f2p and playing since month 2 of the game. Have CT with 4 star legendary weapon at SS+ and got to 150 in electric. EJ is only S+ with zero star special hell weapon after losing multiple 50/50 so only got to 130 in physical. EN is S+ and got to 130 in ice. You have to have S Ally V and S Dante executioner though. It's hard I'll admit. That's a lot of try and error and you'll have to find strategies to optimize your time especially against Agatha. Get top of notch cards for the dps (get at least two or three with element gauge at 100%) and Good MP nevan cards for the supports. Upgrade your book and legendary runes up to level 4. The fire element is by far my worst because I knew I had to prioritize EJ and CT as a f2p. There isn't good fire suports and Agatha wastes too much time. I only got to level 81. It's pretty much impossible to improve with what I have at the moment.

I did all 200 realms only remains fire i have EX 4* DB stuck on 156 realm dont know how to finish it
156 of fire is difficult... I'm there now as well. :)
