Its absolutely amazing to see you still sticking to your workout routine on your workdays. I usually skip my running schedule on my 2 workdays a weeks to accommodate for my heavy workday. Your dedication level to your goals is absolutely amazing. Great job and keep inspiring 🙌🙌🙌. gargles with lukewarm water or just drinking lukewarm water can help with your coughs (just a friendly advice haha)

Ahh I love this! Thank you so much, TRUST ME i understand skipping your workouts on work days. I really think I am about to have to start working out before work because I can think of every excuse in the book to skip after work. It's a battle haha

May I please give a suggestion cause it happened. Do not put your dog on a leash when you get in or get off the elevator. A person left and the dog was still on his leash in the elevator. And yes the dog died. So just carry your dog or on their collar.
