सरजी आपने सचमुच अच्छा वीडियो बनाया और एसएमपीएस चालुभी करदिया। मेरेपास भी एक SMPS है वो सीधा अपने घरका फ्यूज़ ही उड़ा देता है मैंने ब्रिज रेक्टिफायर वाला चारो डायोड भी बदले लेकिन फिर्भी कुछ नहीं हुआ। सो प्लीज़ आप गाइड कीजिए।

If primary rectifier diode is short check and replace below: ONLY primary sections components listed below.
Check all rectifier diodes. (Replace all if possible)
Check MOFET
Check C945 (Near opto coupler)
Check IN4148
Check 100 ohm resistor
Check 10 ohm resistor near MOSFET
I replaced all the above components and my SMPS is working fine.

i was getting only 5vsb . so from some friend in a online forum i got to know that R23(resistor) was open,so instead of an smd,i placed a hole thorough resistor,it worked. but i wanted to solder it well and spoiled the pads.
now that area is stripped but again i got help and completed the circuit i guess,still i am getting 16 volts at one end of resistor through a 4148 diode and 0.76v at other end. the other end connects to jumper then to driving transformer through h945p transisitors is it normal or should i change any parts in it,please guide me

Can you make a video to detect fault using Tester Screwdriver? or a continuity tester? and i made a continuity tester at home (By soldering the positive of led to the positive of 3.7V mobile battery and negative of LED and Battery to the two points of other LED to check if it is working, is it right way?) how it will detect fault?
