When I was young and immortal (late 80s), I climbed any scaffold, construction crane or radio tower anywhere around Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal (I moved a lot). I never had anything as tall as this crane! Now that I'm old, chubby (and definitely mortal), all I can say to you guys is please try to survive until old age and have a blast getting there.

As a 51 yr old guy I’ve learned the following since subbing to your channel: Had no idea mosquitoes and wasps bothered to fly that high into the stratosphere. You have more of a set of balls then anyone I’ve ever encountered…and I’ve met a lot of crazy mofos in my time. I will keep watching your vids to give me further enjoyment and anxiety when I smoke. No lanyards, harnesses, ropes, etc….wow, breathing rapidly just typing my comment. Thank you for all the amazing content you all risk your souls for.
Im 42 and I like to drink beer and smoke to these vids. I was a mason tender and I also climbed scaffold and towers. Life was so much cooler back in the day. These guys are keeping it alive. My kids like climbing too. Sk8 or die!!! 🤙

I’ve never seen 3 human beings with less chemistry in my life. Literally every ounce of dialogue was shrouded in awkward silence. At least you all have one thing in common and that’s balls of steel.
I agree maybe it's because security could hear them, I'm even more quiet than these guys when rooftopping but then again there's no places as high as this one in my country. Other than that it's an amazing experience up there and sometimes you just don't need words to enjoy a moment. Also I'd imagine climbing to the top of a crane requires some focus to not make a mistake.
Yeah, I can't speak for other urbex people, but I only do this with people I know and trust. Not talking is a good idea often. I'd appreciate how quiet this crew was personally.

As someone who worked in construction for a while and hearing about how ladder falls are one of the leading causes of deaths in construction, i would pick solid welded metal ladders to those sketchy extension ladders, but that's just me. Most of the time the extension ladders are fine if they are set up properly, but I've seen the feet lose grip and slip out from underneath people enough times to not ever fully trust them. Also, OSHA says the tops of the ladder are supposed to go 42", past the landing at the top. Just looking out for you, but you do you! It's fun to watch!

I spent years as a rock climber and did high angle construction on cell towers and this still scares me. Alex Honnold's "Free Solo" is the scariest movie I've ever seen. I don't know why I get gripped watching these things. Even moreso than someone that's never experienced it.
Much respect, I’ve never mastered my fear of heights anywhere near this level. I believe I’d make it the series of ladders but from the of top of that and onto the crane ect I’ve got my doubts. I suppose a lot of it’s managing your focus on one hand hold to the other as you’re on strong structure
Nah a lot of it is pre-determined by genetics being less prone to anxiety. I’m pretty sure he’s not even thinking as deep as you are about one hand hold to another and is just doing it

I just got a chance to watch your 'reflecting' video 2 years back and i'm sure you've learned alot since then but I wanted to tell you (if you get to see this) to check the weather radar frequently before climbing. Hourly weather and daily forecasts will give you a heads up but the radar itself will genuinely tell you what and if anything will be overhead of the particular area of the exact spot you're going to be climbing in. Get familiar with it and it'll be a giant help. Appreciate all of your content and happy climbing man. Stay safe. - B💯

As a retired tower crane operator, my only advice is for you guys to wear gloves… because dew, leftover rain, melting frost, bird crap, and grease could make your hand slip off a rung and then it’s FUBAR!! Iron heads and laborers all wear safety harnesses or belts with big hooks and shock absorbing safety ropes that take up the energy and momentum if anybody did fall… but the only accidents I ever saw were at street level. They won’t let anyone work up on tall structures unless coworkers feel safe enough to trust them with their lives, and visa versa!! My seat always had the very best views on the job site!! Cheers!!

I have a buddy in Chicago who is a crane op. They put Ring door bells on all their crane cabs. He says between all his companies cranes they probably catch 1-2 climbers a month.
