I got a road bike from someone but the bike is too big for me but it has full Ultegra group set. I also have a Scott Speedster frame set that's my size. I gotta now move all the Ultegra to the Scott Speedster. Look forward to having I nice Scott Speedster with the Ultegra group set. It's gonna be awesome.
keep rockin' it out, brah
Thanks man. What I needed.

My Shimano threaded one-piece bracket is on an original 96 Trek 5200. I have a backup BB of the same Shimano BB as on the bike. Was tempted to try and open it up and put in the "newer" replacement but my local bike shop guy said don't touch it. The bike is running fine and recent creaks were from the crank which I fixed. I'm always listening anticipating there's going to be noise from the BB but it hasn't turned out to be that way. Years back, it would creak on steep hills but it's been quiet of late. 🐸
My Trek 5200 never goes out in the rain in all these years. If I smell rain coming; I always head home and get off the road. (I have an indoor bike so there's no reason to risk the Trek.) Any thoughts Harley?
Btw, that Dura Ace crank is gorgeous.
I reckon you should use anti seize for bb’s mate
Tend to use xtr bb93 as it lasts longer especially on my mtb bikes
Are you a stickler for a specific crank arm length or do you ride whatever, within reason? I run 175mm on my 1x11 gravel bike for a slight leverage gain but I’ve always stuck with 172.5 on everything else because as you would say, “It just works.”
I use 165 -180mm.
I've got a Planet X Uncle John, cherry-picked every part, last few years i've ridden it single speed with high-rise jump bike bars, for an upright, comfy vibe...
Had the bike 12 years, many adventures, and i don't have a driving licence, so i get the panniers on and do the grocery shop...BUT... Went to install a new BB, and the old one is SEIZED to the frame. Shimano external cups. Tried everything, think the last resort will be clamping the cups in a heavy vice, and whacking the frame...
What about proper torque specs...
lol. Love the commentary!

I will never understand why the bulk of the industry migrated to pressfit BBs.
cheaper to make and sold to use that it is lighter. It is both.
You need a new allen key no wonder why you round out bolts it's all chewed up
Professional, but you aren't torquing your crank bolts?
No comments! The Trolls are still in their holes 😆🤣
Maybe they've been flooded in, due to "climate change" 😄
You suing or not?
1000%
Takes years bro.
@@durianriders sue for $3 Mil, settle for $30k. Cut out the lawyers and call it a day. Or go into arbitration and record the whole thing for a YT mini series like Johnny Depp. You'll both make money on the ad revenue.
you mismatch the bad boys.
