I am getting braces soon, I’m in eight grade kinda late for braces and I don’t want people to really know I have braces do you recommend me getting ceramic braces or metal?
I have clear braces and the positive side of it is that they don’t cause ulcers like the metal ones do. Yes they stain badly and sometimes I wish I went for the metal braces because like she said what’s the point of getting clear braces if you will put colour on them. But I prefer colour now then having stained bands making my teeth look yellow 😢.
If I want to get clear braces and put colors on them, that is my choice? Like why would you care if your assistant puts clear bands or colors in my mouth? It takes the same amount of time and I'm the only paying for them.
Bruv! I have clear brackets and clear bands but mine don’t stain! Try to avoid sauce. And I’ve had mine for the past 9 months. I get the bands changed every 2 months and I always get clear.
Same dude it's 3-4 days just and they are already yellow even more yellow than my teeths... No matter how much i try to clean them they r still yellow😢i think i should havr chosen metal ones
Girl I don't think your an orthodontist or smt( it's a joke) 😭 clear braces actually look better with colors and also metal and clear braces can stain 😂
The point is not to be invisible it’s to look less bulky and weird. It looks much better with color bands than the metal does
I have had clear brackets for almost a year and they haven't stained. My gaps have also closed fine. And they look a lot better with colors.

I use ceramic braces but they usually turn yellow within 15 to 20 days after changing
I need clear braces as well.😢 may i know were you careful with the food or drink you take to avoid staining it? And you brush teeth right away?

Idc about the other two reasons but it does turn yellow and you can't change it once it has turned yellow so it looks pretty ugly ngl

Get color ties they look good with them

He probably got cheaper option. More expensive ones don’t Color from food
