    Beautiful arrangement. I would have loved to see is how you attached the oasis to the candelabra.

    Hi Ladies. A very wow arrangement, just love it. But would have loved it if you had shown oasis rings & then put them on the candelabra, so shown the mechanics side of it. What they actually look like & how to put them on. Otherwise fabulous & thank you.

      Hi Jannie, thank you for your message. The initial part is really quite simple - position the rings in the centre (one upside down and the other with the floral foam upside - soaked) of the candelabra and cable tie to the frame. Thanks for watching

      Referring to the other post, you can do exactly the same dependent on your type of vehicle, level of confidence and supports available to you.
      It would very much depend on the transport & support facilities you have access to in your vehicle; there are a number of ways that you could transport the flower arrangement.
      (1) Split up the candelabra & candles, and transport in twos. Using a sturdy bucket or support, transport the flower part.
      (2) Create the arrangement on site
      (3) Green up the design, transport separately and complete on site
      (4) Complete only the top part of the design, transport separately & complete the cascading flowers on site.

    Hi love your design and subscribed your channel. Do you think is that possible to add the flower names you used in each video ? Thanks

    Hello ladies. Could you use square blocks of oasis instead of ring/circle oasis as not clearly shown how the foam was fixed onto candelabra.

    • @trianglenursery
      @trianglenursery  Před 4 lety +3

      The fixing of the floral foam is quite simple - it's just two rings slotted into place with the central arm in the middle - one ring is sat on the arms of the candelabra (support) and the other (second ring) on top of the first. The two floral foam rings are secured together with cable ties. This would be much more difficult with rectangle blocks of oasis to secure together and attach to the candelabra itself.

    Watching your video can you tell me where you attach the cables as you do it from behind and you can’t see thank you a,so I notice the rimsg are bottom to bottom so that means there is a space with no oasis is that correct

      The main reason for the cable ties is to secure the floral foam together. So, simply using the cable tie, wrap it around the two floral rings and secure (you can see this from the front with the first cable tie). If you would like to secure the floral foam to the candelabra, you do this, by including one of the arms in also. I hope this helps and thanks for watching

    Hello ladies. I have 7, 6 candle tall candleabra to fill for my sons wedding and also want to do a top table Garland. Top table is 18ft long so will probably do 3 separate ones for ease of transport.
    His colour scheme is blue and lime green and he likes hydrangea and i really like the idea of the draping foliage. Can you suggest suitable flowers and foliage and an idea of the quantity i will need to order. I appreciate it is not going to be totally accurate but just an idea would be great. His wedding is 13th August this year. I also have buttonholes and corsages to do!

      Thanks for your comment Lynn. I would recommend to have a look at ideas found on our website here www.trianglenursery.co.uk/fresh-flowers for blue and lime green ideas. For idea on quantity, you can base it on this video and use flowers in the same variety but differing colour palette to the video here. For instance, Hydrangea classic, you can choose a green / lime green Hydrangea, same for Amaranthus etc. I hope this helps, KR The Triangle team
