Lets start the building of our first oil transport helicopter in Stormworks Frantico Oil series! This thing needs to be able to float and be able to carry a bunch of oil. Hopefully we can get it to do both!

nice helicopter !! build a gigantic oil tanker like the "arctic princess" with big round oil tank and add a helipad to it would be awesome and challenging !🤩😎

Add mag alls to the bottom so it can secure its self when it lands on the oil platform. And use shipping containers.
I feel like the only real good way to make the door work is to make it into a custom door. So you'd need to fiddle with the appearance of the door quite a bit. Which is unfortunate, but might be the only real solution to keeping things looking good. Maybe a black hawk or UH-1 Side door is needed for this build. :c
also if you dont want the annoying beam down the middle of your windows then use the diamond windows instead of 2 pyramid ones
also STOP using the point-point/spiderweb electricity node system
it will just make things way harder
just use the hub/spoke system where you connect everything up to one main point (batteries, relays, breakers and cable anchors)
hold control while dragging logic nodes to connect to several inputs at once

I haven't seen the full video yet, but just as a precaution I would reccommend putting in multiple seats (so it could be used as transport too, even if it's only for realism)
Hmmm, you can use the custom door parts to create a sort of force field that keeps water out of a structure. You have to be careful doing it, but I use it on my air, sea and land buggies to give them a dry cockpit.
Maybe a helicopter to help you redesign your pontoon idea. A CH57 Super Stallion. It has fuel tanks on either side but look similar to your current setup. Thanks for the fun video good luck.
I think you should put a heli pad on top of the oil tanks on the tanker, just move tye main mast by abit

make the rotors foldable and add little thrusters and rudder for movement in the water
I don’t know if you could do this but it would be so good to have a link to that switchboard that you have downloaded it would make stuff so much easier

I don't know if the doors on the train thing are wide enough, but you could just spawn it in there and then build. Basically what is like a little lawn mower for an aircraft tug and just pull it out of the garage, also, I don't know if you were using a picture but it really reminds me of the sea stallion
If that is gonna be doing oil trips it needs a mounted gun as you do have the search and destroy DLC on meaning if u get atacked u will die
