In this episode I challenge myself attempting to carve a try stick with the Work Tuff Gear Hemlock Ares Knife. This is a large blade weighing in at three pounds of SK85 steel. Will I be able to perform this task with such a large knife. Stay tuned and see.

Very impressive. I would’ve never thought you would be able to do those notched tasks. Awesome video. Also love the dog. New adventures.

Thanks for the shout out! By the end of this passaround it will be really cool to compile the best of the best segments into a combo. You had some great points and nice to see the finer tasks. A ton of work but your patience and perseverance shows the detailed work CAN be done when needed. Great job!

That's a fierce knife but even though the sheath stopped holding my knife securely after the 1st week, I'll take my Mt Laguna WTG/Wingman115 EVERY TIME. I'm still in-love. Mt Laguna ftw. Hope you are well Jon. Stay safe, Be Blessed my Friend.

Wow man, that's pretty impressive to do that with such a hunk of blade. That things should be nicknamed the Amputator. Lol Awesome video as usual!! 💪

What a BEAST! I like the looks. I had to re watch a few parts. It did not do a bad job with the small tasks if you had to get it done, with time it'll get done but, I would pair that up with a Silky Pocket Boy 170 Saw and a Becker BK16 for what I think would be a perfect combo. Great review. What a CRAZY blade.

Looks really really cool. However, imho, the tops tracker 1 would be much more useful and still chop well enough.
