Listening to all your music back to back. It helps me. I lost my dad, then my mom 1 yr later, then my granny 8 months later, then a best friend a few months after. I started not leaving my house. It's been 2 yrs since I've left my house struggling with trauma induced agoraphobia. I finally had a friend push me to get out and go to the store with her yesterday. I cried and had bad panic attacks on the way. But I did it.
