People ask why did they do this? I can answer that pretty much in a single reason. They know the game is going down hill and no doubt they know this game really doesn't have long because Dokkan exists, at most this game probably will last until year three with its current frequency of pissing off the playerbase and its placings on grossing charts. So at this point they're pumping out this shit to try and make as much money as possible while continuing to alienate low spenders/Free users. Zenkai Gohan has no reason to be as absurdly powerful as he is and essentially forces players to only use the Rush with him in the game when he's last man standing. This game had potential but now it's just squandering it.... this is the shit that is going to quicken this games death as more and more people leave.
Edit: Can't believe I gotta put this but I am not a Dokkan Fanboy or Legends hater, I love both games. I do not want legends to live on life support and die a slow death.

As that rare f2p guy who has Gohan at 7 stars and now Z3 I have to say that Gohan at Z3 is what I expected his Z7 to be.
I think both teams deserved a good buff, maybe it was a little over the top but i think its fine. You're so good we never saw the enemy attacking you really. I'd like to think gohan takes a decent amount of damage but maybe thats just optimism. If he gets blown up like the units he goes against overall I'd say this is a healthy buff considering his teams.

I’m so glad that I quit legends after the 2nd anniversary as this zenkai clearly shows the game will never be balanced while they are so money driven. The main problem with legends is that they get the community’s hopes up by making a few positive changes but they always end up making one giant mistake which ruins any progress they made previously to improve the game.
The gameplay mechanic is addictive. But your'e right. This is a whole new level of crap. They would not even make LF Gohan's % more than 10 in the banner. And what a stupid step up. 1000cc for step 3 and not 700? I'll quit bro. I'll quit.
The chance of getting him to *7 is pretty low for me. I only have *3. This ain't gonna work. I'll get thashed in pvp. Wonder if MV can do it.
