What I find sad and telling about the state Gazza has found himself in is that pundits, ex-players etc often refer to him in the past tense, as if he isn’t around any more. I suppose in a way he’s not really mentally “there” so people prefer to talk about how he used to be
Gazza played his best football for Walter Smith. Smith is a legend and understood Gazza was unique, he had issues but was a genius on a pitch. He managed him as best as he could at Rangers and had his best period of football. He could've done so much more if signing for Ferguson that time and plsyed at that higher level in his peak in England.. Header & Hero!
Stoked the flames of the troubles during the peace process twice for a laugh. Best football? He was decent for what 5 months? At least he's still alive while rangers aren't 😂
I heard that radio segment live, I live 15 miles from Rothbury when the chaos was happening. Me and my father was on the way to me grans and heard real radio mention gazzas name, my dad pulls the car over and said "buckle up son, this will be a belter" 😂😂
Paul Gascoigne had something special, he was mesmerising at times and damn right idiotic at other times. If he just chose to go to Manchester united instead of Spurs, then he probably would of hit Unbelievable heights.... But, he chose spurs and ultimately it was the wrong decision. He never sorted out his drinking, his managers never got hold of Gazza and sorted him out, in a way they encouraged and endulged him. Great is a word used to often with players, i would say, he wasn't Great🤔.... Gazza was Unique.
Gazza was weak & proved his brains were in his feet. If he joined Man Utd instead of Spurs there's no way he'd have become the boozer he did as Fergie wouldn't have allowed it.
@@weedon59 An overrated drunk. English media always overhype their players and their national team and then always have surprise Pikachu face when reality hits them and they get knocked out.
The media still gave gazza a hard time so if we look at that argument I say look at ballotelli. The English loved him and he's remembered as an icon when really it was his actions more than his style of play and gazza was more talented than ballotelli 🤷♂️

Btw beckham u giving back the tax payers money u took during covid?

Oh, but from a Christian perspective, he's been dead for over 20 years. Sadly.
Go to Bournemouth, visit whilst he's still here
🥱
Love everything Gascoigne!
I wonder if he,s regretting the tats
Englands best EVER player 💯 Paul Gascogne 💪🏼👏🏻⚽️
This popped up at the wrong time - just after I watched a video on escalations in Israel .

Well said becks ❤
Moaty it's me gazza I've got some sandwiches for ya
If only Gazza laid off the booze, we'd be talking about him in the same league as Messi Ronaldo Zidane
Imagine how good George Best would’ve been if he laid off the booze (and he is talked about in the same league as those ones)
It was the injury for a stupid tackle that ruined his career not the booze.
Mate, no he wouldn't. The level of greatness Messi and Ronaldo have achieved transcends football.
😂😂😂😂😂 we absolutely wouldn’t
Bet neither of them go out there way to talk to him now
Becks and Gazza; Order and Chaos ☯️
gazza dead?
Who's gazza?
Yeah but hes not your mate anymore is he? Because you ditched him years ago when things weren't fine and dandy!! PATHETIC

He should have gone to Man U

He would of been the world's best had he come to united. Such a shame

All three of them totally irrelevant in the real world !!!!!
I saw him play a friendly against my team Heart of Midlothian, he was a complete pain in the arse.
Neville loves paul scholes great player and im a Manchester United fan. But Gazza was superior fit young Gazza was simply brilliant.
This country's willingness to overlook racism and domestic violence when the face fits never ceases to amaze me.
You forget he is actually still alive
Haha was thinking the exact same thing 🤣
Past tense as they don’t play together anymore
Not in our hearts ❤️
is he though, is he?
Its sad that everyone talks about him like hes dead
Gazza - simply the best British player for 50 years
Bullshit
It's really sad to know that a player like Gazza played for a club like Tottenham Hotspur!!!! That's no club for a good player.
Elif koca devid♾♾♾
Gazza supports they dinosaurs that are the orange order of northern Ireland
He's not dead ya know
I caught half of this tick tok presentation for a minute I thought Beckham was talking about Palestine conflict. 😅
He was a fucking waster
I bet you dont have him over for dinner do you becks 😂😂
Lol imagine life of the party Victoria engaging with a sloshed Gazza🤣🤣
Are we just giving him a pass for brutally beating his wife and kids, including breaking his wife’s arm?
Yeah
Gazza was another talented footballer who got caught up in alcohol addiction unfortunately much like George best 💔
Daft as a brush 😂
That’s what Bobby Robson used to say about him 🤣👍
whose gazza idk
Wife beater 😮
Gazza was mentally gone
Gazza 1 of the best, privileged to meet the man❤
Turning up with a fishing rod and a chicken to the Raoul Moat standoff was his most bizarre moment
