Strikers should only use the Entropy set. I'm not sure about the upcoming Ark Passive (minimum level 1640) since it might not allow us to use Back Attack, but you should use the Entropy set until then

Why do you use 3rd tripod extreme efficiency on Tiger Emerge? That reduces out going dmg right?

no, it somehow increases the dmg by a tiny bit, can't remember how, or the % increase, there is an explanation in the striker discord, you'll find explanation there if you're interested

If I use the tripod 321 shown in the video, I get 1.9 billion damage in Trixion, but if I use 322, I only get 1.6 billion

​@habeebsultan7625 deathblow scales your dmg by an additional 35% for each esoteric orb spend, beyond the base cost of casting the skill.
Base cost of TE is 2 orbs. That tripod reduced dmg but also reduces orb cost by 1. This means deathblow now scales off 3 esoteric orbs, instead of 2. The overall dmg gain from deathblow out weighs the 14% dmg loss from the tripod by a decent amount. It ends up dealing more dmg in the end.
