The thing with P platers, is you need to remember it is their first time out alone by themselves without someone there as a safety net to guide them. They're learning to trust themselves.
People so often forget this. ESPECIALLY with red p platers. :(

I'm a clinical nutrition and I have some concerns about proteins
If you're someone who just works out to stay healthy.. You don't need more than (0.8 grams of protein /kg )
And if you're a body builder you need 1.2-1.7 g of protein/ kg
Meaning
You don't need so much protein in your diet!
Excess protein can be stored as adipose tissues

with the bad drivers thing you're saying and that you're not aiming it at L's or P platers there's another thing to keep in mind that if people have been in a car accident this can effect you mentally and it's not that you're a bad driver or aren't confident but just being extra careful on the roads which can sometimes make you "look" like a bad driver. i am speaking from personal experience since i got rear ended on the freeway at the roadworks in cockburn and previous to this accident i never had a problem with driving but now i flinch whenever someone brakes and i guess my driving isn't as smooth as before cos i can't trust other drivers now....anyway i love your videos and think you are awesome, i've learnt so much about makeup and beauty from watching your channel but wanted to comment just to look at this "bad drivers" thing in another perspective :) xx

Kristina Stevens I got in a car accident a year ago and I still drive very very carefully. It sucks because before I never gotten a single ticket and even tho the accident wasn't my fault, I'm scared of other drivers, I don't trust them either

Your skin is looking fantastic...super clear and no redness. Could you please do a video or a snapchat story about some of the skin treatments you've been getting at the skin clinic you go to and maybe some home skin care products you use, such as daily cleanser and moisturiser xx
