Happy Mother's Day Rebekah 🌹Nice job on the fence you guys❤️🇨🇦
Another hardday’s work for this hardworking homestead team… Kudos 👍👍👍
I enjoy your videos so much I don’t want them to be over,
Fence looks great!
Evan, You can blame the snake for causing the backward brace.
It's amazing how far you've come in regards to installing fence!! Fantastic job...even if you had a few set backs 👍
Happy Mother's day Rebekah ❤️💐🌹🌼🌺
Team work makes it so much better. Sense of accomplishment that both of you can look at for years to come. Good to see husband and wife working together. You have come a long ways in just a short time.
The place is looking so great! No more trash dump, beautiful tree row all cleaned up, nice straight fenceline. Rebekah is the greatest helper ever! Keep up the great videos and God Bless.
Oh man we all have days like this. Can’t wait to see that field become pasture
Happy Mother's Day!
Evan you kept your shirt clean until the last 30 seconds BAM, almost made it🤭 Happy Mothers Day Rebekah🌹
Fence is looking good. You guys did a great job.
Good progress even on a hot day. This is a noticeable difference. Thank you for sharing.
We all have days like you're having today. Love your channel and you and Rebecca.
When things get tough just keep on pushing forward don’t let the simple things get the best of you
I’ve found that in doing projects I now plan and write out a step-by-step procedure. Works for me.
Evan it is amazing that you put yourself in front of the camera to do All your projects. I give you a lot of credit. You not afraid of making errors and do a great job at all your tasks. I am amazed at you electrical knowledge. It is very interesting watching all you videos. Thank you for producing them. They bring knowledge and enjoyment to many people. Your farm and house look amazing. Congratulations.
Wow!! I Loved the way you tighten the fence!! You Guys Rock!! God Bless and have a Great Week!! ❤🌻⚘
You are so entertaining.
Good fence Build !
"King Kutter", Rural King to the Rescue!!! Just wish they had more stores west of the Missi.
Nice fence building video. Your system differs from our come along on the back of a tractor to pull the barbed wire fence tight. Thanks for posting. My dad is gone now and I loved building fence with him.
Thanks for showing the mistakes you make. I feel less a fool when I do the same thing. Place is looking good. Still waiting for the wood pile rebuild.
Really enjoy your videos. You never try to jury-rig anything. You always try to do it the right way even if you have to redo it. The best way in the long run! Happy Mother's Day Rebekah!
Evan, snakes, backwards fence, look man, put the tools away, start the grill, pop the top of your favorite tipple and relax!!
And, if you don’t drink, that snake alone is a good reason to!!
The fence looks good and you and Rebecca did a great job. I know Rebecca is looking forward to the cows and animals love her.
Idea: set up a fence trailer having your supplies in it all the time. This is handy when you need to do emergency repairs. After doing a fence project, you check and replenish supplies. Will you run a top barb wire and or an electric stran?
We brought 10 acres just like this. Took down a single wide trailer and old diary barn. All fences and blackberry vines all gone. A lot of work before we could build our barn house.
Love your video brother keep up your video brother. 5_ 14 _ 23👍👍🤘👏
Great job keep up the great work love your videos thank you
Still turning up the soil to find those hidden treasures. If one kept pigs over this area the pigs would have a hay day digging up history. Better to let the tractor do the screwing down with nature than some farmers going for an unscheduled vertical tour of the farm with a hand held pole digger. Nice Video of the fence build.
You guys are amazing! Thanks for letting us watch. :)
Great team effort. Fence looks good and the garbage pit is history. Definitely an improvement. Tell Rebecca she doesn’t have to wear designer jeans for the videos. 😁 Wish you wore safety glasses. One broken wire or rebounding nail and goodbye eye.
Goooood Job U2!
Keep on it! you'll get it done.
The only problem we have had with cattle in a woven fence is they love to rub on the top of it and bend it down. you have a new, strong fence. So, they may not damage it. But, we have added a single strand of barbed wire above it, just to prevent cattle from using the woven fence to scratch on.
Happy Mother’s Day, Rebecca
Every year I say I’m doing all my fencing in the winter. Winter comes and goes, no fencing is done lol. There’s just something about fencing in the summer heat that makes somebody appreciate winter 😆
A tip I learned from a pro fencer to get that wire to move more freely and tighten in your cross braces is to use a few of those fencing staples and sit them between the brace and the wires on the outside corners. Stops the wire digging into your post and biting. Keep up the good work, hi from Australia! 🇦🇺
It’s amazing watching you put the fence in. You did a great job!
That's pretty much how I install T-posts. The fence looks really good (better than I usually do).
Cracking job you two 👍👏
That's what you call GREAT TEAMWORK!!!
👍👍👍👍👍👌Nice job great teamwork
I really think you should invest in what we, in Australia, call a spud bar. With the head of the bar, you can stamp and drive the post in any direction. They come in handy when you require a good lever as well. The chisel end is excellent for breaking up rock. I included a photo in the FaceBook page.
😊Dads always forgive. I am sure he is happy to see you farming.
Rebecca You have lots of children in the barn. Happy Mother’s Day.
Landscape is taking shape…looking real good all buttoned up…cheers from 🇨🇦👍
Great work guys.
So, Rebecca doesn't like snakes and mice. Well, neither do I. You do a great job when it comes to installing fences.
Hi Evan
I like your friendly and loving nature.
It looks to me like you're going to start laughing any minute. I love to see what you two have built. You have given me much pleasure. Watch your eyes when working with wire. Greetings from Germany from Grandpa Manfred
Nice job! Fence looks great!
Happy Sunday Brock!!
I am going to guys your building a pool
Great job! Looks so much better than it did when the old fencing and trash pit were there. You've got a beautiful piece of property and it keeps getting better! What a team!
That tiller does the best job of any tiller I have ever seen. Great job as always.
Right idea using the tiller and great job levelling it . Not sure if compacting it again by driving the tractor repeatedly on . Better loose soil for seeding . 😊 . Your property is taking great shape 🤝
I love how frequently you’ve been posting!
Love youś farm her from Danmark ❤❤
You sure get good looking fence builders over there in Illiniland. Over here we get bearded Amish guys.🤪
Nice healthy rat snake
Hello Rebecca & Evan.
thx again
Looks like this could be a full time job farm is looking great!!
Good job 🙂
Rebecca, maybe if you sit down with Evan and draw your fencing project. You could then take the plans with you to the project and make sure Evan follows them. Teamwork!
If you ever have a problem where you run the brace wire wrong, you can always run the opposite wire to create a "X". Anymore 90% of the braces I build are that way. Definitely makes them stronger IMO.
Nice job.
I love your videos and have every one of them for years. They are just so soothing to me!
looking good
Great job Evan and Rebekah awesome team work as usual
Looking good. Nothing about fence building is easy or quick!!!
Good to see the new fence up Evan can't wait to see the steers you bring home thank you for sharing
Evan builds stuff right because he builds it twice. 😂
It is really interesting watching you build your fences. Looks like you really know what you are doing. Like all of us, we make mistakes. But you seem to know how to work around them.
You both are very hard works
The old saying is, been there done that, I've had days like you are having where it seems like you are taking one step forward and two back, I like the way you are keep on keeping on.
Nice black racer.
Just think Evan, when you bought this farm you said you had never put up a fence before. Just look how far you have come. It’s absolutely awesome . The Lord has been you all the way and will never leave you. God bless you both and take care❤
Great job
I hate snakes too lol
Looking good
Nice work you two!
Happy Mother’s Day Rebekah!! Great Job Evan…. Everything is looking great 🤙
I know you went and got a level. But if you ever forget in the future or get stuck without a level, there is a level app that you can put on your phone. You would be amazed how well it works too.
Very good job on fence Evan and Rebekah .
You know you have accomplished a task correctly when you do it the wrong way first.
Nicely done, the post, tilling, compacting and your fence. Have a great day!!
My uncle Ordin Bob used to drive stake flags next to ground level stumps as a location reminder. He wasn't building fence, he just wanted reminders where to grind stumps. It could work for you. Maybe your dad will buy them as a gift to prevent equipment damage.
Good fencing, always a treat to see auger and fence monkey in action fencing the USA way. My clay soil runs with spring water all year and corner posts and braces take ages to stabilise. Always a good excuse to use my vintage fordson and wacker plate. Thanks for posting. Best wishes from the UK.
Good video. Hot weather is never easy to work in and always seems to make things go wrong. Tell Rebecca Happy late Mother's Day and one of the good things about snakes is that they do eat mice!
Looks very nice. Things are coming along nicely with the fence . Keep up the good work.
Happy Mother's Day Rebekah. I looks like a very busy one for you. The fencing looks great so far. Looking forward to seeing what you picked out this year. Have a Blessed day.
Snakes eat mice...lots of mice
Happy birthday
You guys work well as a team 😊 ,
The field that you rent out and are hoping to use as pasture looks awesome , will be a excellent for your livestock or hay 👍...
thx
i probably would have just done an x brace.. Never ready for the Hot weather!!! i like to put my gate hinge pins so the gate will swing back against the fence. good work have fun
Good job. I've had days....😢
Today sounds like a tough day. Just remember what T Roosevelt said…”In any given situation the best thing you can do is the weight thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, the worst thing you can do is nothing.” So this day has just been on of next best, but no worst thing….
The other thing I would say is I watch you give your wife and extraordinary amount of grace, mercy, understanding, and love. Give your self a little grace….God does.
Evan, love the show. Why no roundup. Get everything looking nice and neat.
Can't help but think about days without power tools... just food for thought.
Evan, maybe you were tired. Tired and hot makes some mental errors, but the end result looks so good!
