Andddd.... I spoke Korean in the beginning...that deserves some kudos right?! or likes at least :)
Here are different ways I used baking soda. I actually do incorporate these tips and recipes into my beauty regime and it makes my skin, hair, and teeth look so nice! I love baking soda! It's also cheap which, of course, is a definite plus! Let me know if you have your own beauty secret or different ways you use baking soda! I'd love to read your feedback! Mix baking soda with shampoo to remove product buildup. Be sure to rinse *very* thoroughly and use a good quality conditioner after. Your protein treatment or other hair treatments will absorb so much better.
for those people who has a bleeding gum all you have to do is use coconut oil as a mouth wash instead if regular mouth wash you will be amazed with the results and once or twice a week is enough

Do you know if its safe to put baking soda on your face? Im scared to try it out
It's always best to test it first! You can always test it on the inside of your wrist or a small patch on your face. It's like any type of skincare...sometimes certain things work great for some people and for others not so much. I saw a special on Dr. Oz about using baking soda like this so that's how I got the idea and then did a little research and found out a lot of people use baking soda for all kinds of beauty related things!! :)

i have been using baking soda with coconut oil as a deodorant for two now and i have black spot under my arms and it stings now when i put baking soda :( Does baking soda irritate skin after using it for a while? Please help!
I have a question about the teeth whitening. So is the hydrogen peroxide safe for your enamel? you said that you regularly see your dentist, so did they tell you it was okay to use? also since you are putting toothpaste it it too, does this mean that this is the way you would brush your teeth that day or do you first brush your teeth regularly and then do this teeth whitening step?
Ive tried using baking soda and water as a exfoliater and its amazing, but ive never tried it for my teeth :O im gonna try this as soon as i buy some hydrogene peroxide, thank you :D

You can use lemon juice and baking soda, but if u have sensitive skin, it can be pretty harsh because both ingredients are drying

Right?! When I found out about that I was like "YES!" because I use dry shampoo ALLL the time! Just be sure to do it VERY sparingly... I learned the hard way that overdoing it can be a mess. haha

No use backing soda on face then rinse with vinegar. For teeth, put a teaspoon of baking soda in mouth, then immediately wash with 1/4 cup of vinegar. Trust me, you'll be blown away with the results and have a blast doing it. ;)

Angélica Valadez Thank you! It depends on if you have oily or dry skin, but for the most part, I'd recommend Innisfree's Jeju Volcanic Foam Cleanser (it comes in a yellow-ish container). I liked that cleanser a lot!
