    Love the videos! I made one of your dishes earlier and omg it was amazing! I was just wondering what utensil your using to mix with, it looks kind of like a spoon with silicon edges.

      Thank you so much! Wow! You made the dish:) I'm so happy to hear that!
      And, about the utensil, do you mean the yellow small spoon? Yes, it's made of silicon and I can use it as spatula:D

      @@JapaneseCookingChannel yes, I wanted to see if I could find some because that spoon looks so versatile and it wont scratch pans with the silicone which I need more utensils that don't scratch, do you know what brand it is or a name for those kinds of utensils?

      How about this site?

      I searched at Amazon with "mini spoon spatula silicone".

    Is that salmon sushi grade? Or special for eating raw salmon. Here in California I think it has to be previously frozen or sushi grade for eating raw.

    • @JapaneseCookingChannel
      @JapaneseCookingChannel Před rokem +2

      In Japan, salmon for sushi and salmon for eating over heat are sold separately!

    • @ravenhawk3758
      @ravenhawk3758 Před rokem +1

      @@JapaneseCookingChannel I wish they did that here in local markets. I did see some sushi grade at costco. A very small package and expensive. I'll give it a try because I love raw salmon at sushi restaurants. Thank you. Love your videos!
