I have a little story. About 5 months ago I met a guy and we were in a field doodling on a piece of paper. I kept it and took it home, I went on your channel and found this video and thought I would make it into a crane. I ended up falling in love with him and he STILL has that origami crane glued in his car. So thank you very much! We now have our own little significance to cranes all because of your video ❤️

The Bible is truth. Please read at least three books, Genesis Mathew and one book you chose yourself. The key is in doing what Jesus Christ taught personally, forgiveness explicitly. To be forgiven we must forgive. Until you’ve dealt with your inner baggage and forgiven your parents specifically God stays at arm’s length. Seriously, there’s deep spiritual significance to that relationship. If there’s love in your heart you forgive. Parents are supposed to be easiest, they’ve loved you. Working though your inner issues and forgiving your parents as an adult shows something really important to God. It’s the mustard seed of faith he wants from us. Please, break down before Jesus Christ, ask for forgiveness, and please, read those three books of the Bible in your lifetime.

It took two tries but my second one came out pretty good! I'm making one for Sadako Sasaki! She was a 12 year old girl who died around 1955 because of lucemia the blood cell cancer from the dropping of the atom bomb in Japan! She was trying to make 1,000 paper cranes before she died because her family believed a legend that if you make 1,000 paper cranes the god will relieve your sickness. Sadly she became too weak before she could make 1,000. Kids in her class made the ones she couldn't before she died and put them on her grave. There are now multiple statues in her honor. People all over the united states still make cranes and put them on her grave or statues in Japan!

I appreciate this tutorial. The other ones seem to skip steps or do things the weird way which is fine if you've done this often. My father who died a few months ago was an expert paper crane maker and used to make them for us all the time when we were kids and even in his later years. One of my regrets was not sitting down with him and asking him to teach me before he died so as a tribute to him I wanted to learn to do this and so this was the first tutorial that I was able to get through all the way. I'm sure he would have gotten a kick out of that.

Gotta admit, I'm an impatient and easily frustrated person but the calm voice, dark background and clean folding really calmed me down. This video? 10/10. My crane? Give him some slack he's special okay... but I love it

I actually did this correctly. It's a VERY wrinkly crane because the paper I use is thick and doesn't fold that good beyond 2 folds, but it's sturdy. And I'm usually horrible at origami, but I made this, 2 butterflies, 2 hearts using different methods, 2 samurai hats, and a cute little bag. Can't hold shit, but it's cute.

I appreciate you doing this because last time we had a project in doing a crane, I got so scared and devastated because I don't know how to make an origami crane so I searched on youtube and found this video which really helped me now I have 2 paper cranes. Thank you soo much you really helped a lot of people in the world struggling to make a crane. This also reminds me of Sadako Sasaki and the 1000 paper cranes. You are the best origami tutor ever! :D
