*Regardless of if the scoop was a mix up or not, that's NOT the problem. The problem (the scam) is the terrible quality of these crystals, they claim to only send quality crystals and no damage! Also saying you're getting rhodochrosite or ocean jasper when you're are not is deceptive. I don’t want a refund or my money back this was an experiment to show people you get what you pay for, low price low quality and you're often given crystals that are misidentified, repaired, or fake !*

Yes and when they said if you got 6 or 9 you get a skull and if you get a certain amount which I got two and I’m missing my amethyst and bracelet!!! I have a video and send it to them. They said if it ends with 6 or 9 she said if your order ends up with 6 or 9. And she congrats you got it. I re ordered because they are missing my two free tower gifts so instead of them paying for shipping out of their pocket I made two more orders to have them send it to me!
Thats How a typical bait n switch is operated. Low price, low quality but they only need you to buy once to make that money.
If they knew you, they should have been smart enough to send you better stones seeing as you’re know person in the industry and YouTubing.
I spent so damn much on these Scoops before I realized how big of a scam they were. I've found several more local places I love now.

Today, I spent the day sick in bed, and I got sucked into this lucky scoop world. I spent a lot of time watching the channel you bought from, because the entertainment value is definitely there. But something felt “off” for me the whole time. The extremely enthusiastic people in the chat, the bubbly to the point of fake hosts, the amount of “freebies” they give and them keeping to highlight how much the retail price would be… I guess it’s like a train wreck, you can’t look away. I never really was tempted to actually buy something from them, but I am always super interested in the way people get scammed, so I’m happy to have found your video that confirms this… Thank you for “investigating”
I find it satisfying when Lene puts the beads orders together. When i was sick ober new year i watched her For three days and on das three i ordered beads 😂 it took two weeks and my Order came exactly how she did my Order in the live. Yesterday i ordered a Second time because i Love it to make braclets and chains. I dont Like These big Crystals because i dont know what to so with them 😂 they are For me dust collectors 😂

Hey Barbie! So sorry you had this happened to you. I have not got on tiktok much so I have not seen these but I can tell from the video and from what you got that you definitely got scammed. And some of the comments you have received are just rude! You are always trying to help us Crystal buyers not to be scammed and what to look for in good quality crystals and some of these comments from people are , in my own opinion, are completely unnecessary and disrespectful to you and I personally am very thankful that you take time to teach those of us that don't know as much about crystals to learn about them so we don't get scammed. 💜💜Hugs

Go to their bio and email customer service! Send them a screenshot of your order and the screenshot of the live and they should refund you or send you new stuff, because they have given me everything in all of my 8 scoops

I've been seeing a lot of tiktok videos about that shop in particular giving crystals that have been glued back together with glue or resin. What do you do with low quality crystals or crystals you don't want to keep for your collection and can't sell?

I’ve ordered from them three times and got everything that they have scooped.🤔 also only had one tower with a semi- dull point but I know they will replace things from time that don’t make the quality cut. I think they may have mixed something up. No idea- always was super happy with my stuff! Especially this massive amethyst sphere luvvvvvv it

I received a bowl, a bracelet, a disc, and 4 small towers. I was ready to trash their live, but of course they weren't having that! They told me to contact customer service. I'm waiting to see what they actually do about it. All I want is the elephant and the tree at this point.

I've heard the scoop places basicly get the unsellable items and use those. They are low grade, cutting mistakes, or other accidents that happen in the process of producing a piece.

After being the executive assistant/operations manager for the new moon minerals warehouse out of NC- those lopsided spheres are probably resin coated. I’ve seen an entire lot of that from China. Lumpy and lopsided is tell tale. Also feel.

theyre not scamming she just got a wrong order. id like to see her reach out to them and let them know what happened instead of acting like they are scammers. ive always gotten my orders from tik tok scoops exactly how i saw in the video. like girl shes just wanting us to not trust tik tok scoops. if they were scams there would be millions of unhappy buyers yet we buy often.

they’re actually not scammers barbie just got the wrong order and never reached out to have them get a chance to correct the issue. most of the scoops are $25-$45 which is what ONE crystal may cost so its actually a good deal and if you wanted high quality you can choose your own on instagram whole sale pages and not do scoops . they sell to individuals not just wholesale 🤷♀️ to me this just seems like she wants to cause a rukus so more people will fear scoops but it wasnt an honest complete review when she didnt let them fix it. period youre not gonna always get a steal deal for a bundle mystery scoop. -.- and to some people these are still amazing crystals for those wanting to work with them and appreciate thier energies. some people cant afford $500 for a sphere when we all know small businesses get them at $30 and sell for $300 during the pandemic

Although this video can be helpful for some, I truthfully think that with majority of the time the price being only $55 and me personally knowing I have a tower that cost that itself… I am not expecting top shelf crystal quality with this. It’s meant to be cheap and fun, as you said it’s leftovers basically and I don’t see why it’s a bad thing to create something fun and cheap to fully sell this part of stock. I also don’t see why a small business would use this random scoop situation as a way to buy and sell their own product. I definitely think a fair review would of been one on items bought directly from their warehouse and not from a lucky scoop.
I have bought from them 4 times and my items all have come in great condition and my one tower that broke was replaced and they still added extra freebies with that as well for the inconvenience. I bought these because I didn’t intent to resell and I did want an alternative to paying the price I previously paid for crystals at small shops before because this was cost effective in itself. If I truly want something of high quality then I will gladly walk into a shop.
Not at all trying to bash the review it’s just a different perspective because all in all I don’t see why anyone would expect AA a quality from a live stream lol.
I hate to admit it, but I agree with you. Since we’re not talking about how ethical these crystals are (if you’re concerned about being ethical, don’t spend your money on TikTok) I’ll focus on your point of expectations and the company selling less than perfect pieces. I admit I’d never buy the pieces you received, but there are people who enjoy the “misfits” of the crystal world. Good quality minerals/gems/crystals don’t come cheap. You pay peanuts you get monkeys (no offense to the peanuts or the monkeys!!) so all in all this stems back to buyer beware. Educate yourself before you shop, and not just for crystals! We all play a part in the future of this planet and we need to start acting like it! I’d also like to say that I did enjoy the video and the detailed information Barbie provides! Although I understand what you were trying to do, selling the “scam” rocks left a bad taste in my mouth. Personally, I would’ve done a giveaway, with full disclosure of course.

My favourite part of the video was letting me know that there was a scam so I can avoid the hell out of it . Also was good to see how low quality those crystals were. will not order from that store.
I have never ordered from Highland because their price and all the horror stories but I have ordered from other scoop places and I have always gotten what was scoop and I have one scoop place that I used several times for fun but every time the items have been stunning and exactly what they scooped for me!! So I do believe there is at least one good one out there!!

I have never done the crystal ones cos I am a crystal snob and go to the gem show instead if I wanna rock shop ! But from what I have seen with doing research on the crystal scoops they are a hit of miss ! I think it's maybe for people on a budget cos crystals are very expensive in general ,but I have seen some people get what they ordered and some shops are a scam but eventually get shut down because of negative reviews! Maybe I will do one in the future, however as a silversmith I am more into cabochons and faceted gems and I love some watermelon tourmaline with passion and they just don't have gems even on my level ( not be a to much of a snob)
My advice for buying crystals online: try to buy only the actual crystal that is shown (which is sometimes more expensive) and to pay attention to the sizes and the lighting and the reviews. AND to watch Barbie's videos so you dont get faked out. Thanks for the info, its taken me years, regret, and disappointment to figure out whats what in the crystal world ❤

I ordered 3 scoops from 3 different suppliers. My 1st scoop I didn’t get all my crystals. My second and 3rd were ok but I don’t think they are all good quality. A few. I wish I would have seen this before I ordered. I love your channel. I want to start collecting and selling myself. You are great…. Thank you 😊😊😊

I did this and they sent me a glass tower where a lapis lazuli should’ve been. Glass :( some of the others were nice but slightly damaged.

I wrote : plastic on these Chinese videos and they blocked me and muted me because I know it’s not real Chrystal. It’s acrylic plastic and people fall for it
I'm sorry that happened to you. I'm shocked that they switched all your stuff around and didn't think you would notice. They make a killing off those lucky scoops by scamming people. I really hope you got your money back
Thank you for putting yourself out there! I have never, and would never spend my money on these, I think people get caught up in the moment, really it does look fun. That being said, quality over quantity will win with me every time, and buying from my local businesses even better.

What exactly is wrong with low quality crystals? Is it because they're just not pretty? Is their magical properties diminished from damage? (From a witch POV)
I can understand not liking broken and repaired crystals (especially when not disclosed) and resin coated ones. It's just that not as shiny crystals, cracked ones, lopsided don't seem that bad to me in general. Even ones that were mistakes in the cutting process. As long as they're not being deceptively sold as high quality why are these kinds of crystals considered "unsellable?"
I would have figured there's a market for just about everything crystals. Like if one became a mistake during a cut they'd just turn it into "crystal chips" or people out there who like quirky imperfect crystals. I'm surprised there are crystals so unsellable they'd resort to scamming to move product.

I received the correct order but EVERY crystal was fake. The sphere came chipped and showed the powder they use to make the “crystals” heavier. The rest were made from glass. So so sad rn
I got sucked into the lucky scoop. Now the people I bought from changed their name and they can't do scoops. Could you do a video on why that is?

Damn I just order from them twice and didn’t even screen record, only did it for the sale lady lol hopefully I get what was in my scoop.
I've ordered three times and all three times I didn't get everything that was in my order. Twice got two scoops. Once got one. And the two times I got two I didn't get my free items at all. And then I've had 4 different "crystals" just be glass. 3 broken. And one resin one. SCAM.

I received my order on the 3rd week. I didn’t receive my scoop either. I ordered during the extra hand scoop so I’d get more crystals. I’m so bummed rn.

I ordered scoops from them and didn’t get what was in those scoops at all. One order completely missing, and the other 2 were just all the same ugly items that weren’t shown in my video clip
I have ordered 3 scoops from them and got all my orders right and they were good quality crystals. I have collected crystals for around 12 years so I know quality and I know fakes. Sorry you had a bad experience with them but you also didnt give them a chance to make it right.

THIS IS FALSE, STAGED TO DISCREDIT HIGHLAND CRYSTAL. READ BELOW.
This woman's order number ends in 492, the order in the clip she is showing ends in 236. Highland is VERY reputable. I have ordered thousands from them and never had any single issue, other than a few broken crystals, in which they sent me more crystals than were broken to make up for it. Most of the info about how they operate here is false. They WILL NOT send any broken crystals. They will fix ANY issue that occurs during shipping. They are GREAT. I have used them for a while and know MANY MANY more people who have and NOBODY has had an issue like this. Everything goes into a bag, and then it stays there until it is taken out to bubble wrap and package.
I got mine from fadkeys the one thats 9.99 per scoop and just received my first 3 scoops yesterday. I will admit that yes they aren’t the best of quality crystals and minerals(you get what you pay for,) but they are real. There is a silver sheen dodecahedron obsidian that I am not 100% sure about due to the sheen only being on one of the faces, buts it’s just that 1 that could be possibly fake. And only 1 or 2 are maybe dyed, but even if they are or not they are still real stone.
