Perfectly sized and arranged apartment! I would switch out those plastic drawer bins next to the refrigerator for a tall cabinet from Ikea. I'm sure they sell one that will fit perfectly in that space.

It's nice the way it is. You don't need a lot of stuff. You could get a curtain for your laundry area.

I don’t want to give the exact number but I would plan to spend at least $1100/month! It all depends on what area of the city you’re in as well
sis u know youre over paying as HELL for a studio apartment in Philly. guarantee you're paying more or just as much as a mortgage

I’m honestly not sure about rent prices in Radnor! I’d say in Philly plan to spend at least $1,000/month on rent
