Chilli crab is an internationally acclaimed local delicacy. The current version of chilli crab that we know is originated from a recreation in 1960s. Kym & Chef Wendy visit traditional eateries to learn the history of chili crab & look for the creator of chili crab so as to recreate the old taste.
