All I can say is "THANK YOU JESUS"... Juan, your video was excellent for solving our problem... like your mom, I accidentally hit something along the way and got that "heck a" annoying voice. Our tv is a newer version than what you showed the fix on, but I was able to figure out how to turn her off with your help :)
