These things they say are not helping (Maybe you will say that it's not my business but what kind of people are we if we don't see the truth and help than cover it...) to be healthy is not overrated... we all deserve to be healthy and this kind of diet she might does.. might kill her...

not sure if anyone explained the button thing on the pants to you yet, but all you need to do is because it is already marked where the hole would be you just need to get a seam ripper or scissors and cut it open yourself.
All jeans from china/japan/etc come like that.

Where do you shop for clothing?
I'm not sure if anyone has commented this yet, new follower so just barely started watching your videos, but the buttons next to the zipper and slightly above or adjacent is for better quality fit of the pants is to smooth and for the fabric doesn't bunch up or wrinkle when sitting and standing. Something like that. But yeah I just thought I'd comment it if you still had any confusions on that.
