I've had multiple questions answered through my mind by my higher self. Once they were answered that way I had no questions or doubts whatsoever about the answers. This didn't happen overnight either. It has taken a long time and a regular meditation practice to achieve this. I promise you that when the answers come through you will know it! This is just one of many of Sarah's videos that's reinforced to me what has happened in my spiritual practice. Sending out light and love to everyone who reads this. Since I started meditating I silenced the mind or become completely quiet I only feel a pulsating vibration in my mind but I don't receive thoughts any ore I only create them.

I'm a 59-year-old 'south-paw.' Early on, the nuns referred to me as the ''devil's child'' (the saying never stuck.) Your video has helped me to understand more about my own personal psyche... and why I'm always viewing life from a different perspective than most of my peers. While I am ADD, perhaps there's more to why I will most often fail to recognize many components of a story... while exposing hidden meanings ...& not those in the Cliff Notes! Not to argue rathar add to this, it’s not that “far out there” when you actually experience this yourself it’s quite blissful and peaceful knowing you have this unconditional love of your soul self.
@@jaysco2293For many of us it may be the only unconditional form of love that we will ever experience in this life. And it is not far out there. Even the Bible says it is very near... and it is it is very near it is inside us at all times we only have to turn to it.

I love my connection to source ❤ it is perfectly catered to how i am capable of receiving and it's beautiful.
When I was starting out on my spiritual journey, I also expected hair-metal punchy experiences. Now that I've matured, I also find that whatever I do experience is far more subtle but powerful in its own way.
Now is the time to reconnect with our intuition, acknowledge the wisdom of teachers like Sarah or Yogananda, do the necessary shadow work and meditation, learn to be resilient like a very old and tall pine tree which stood fast over the ages against storms and droughts, and allow more love and peace in this world. Thank you and much resilience to you too, Sarah!
I've come to realize now more than ever just how interconnected the Collective Consciousness really is. Your videos, as well as other teachings/spiritual practices I have been undertaking, continue to be perfectly timed in my journey. I am in the process of strengthening my connection with my Higher Self through guided meditation, and I continue to receive amazing synchronicities, as well as very clear messages and guidance from my Higher Self. I greatly appreciate all that you do, Sarah, as well as all that you have helped me with through my journey. The healing session that I had with you two months ago continues to pay amazing dividends in my life and spiritual practice!

I’m with you. Much to ponder here. Thoughts are communications from Source. Wow, that tells me that achieving a relaxed state is secondary to achieving a connection with source by dropping into the vastness of the heart. I can do that, but failed to realise what that then enabled. I thought a quiet mind without thought was the goal.

I genuinely think The Alchemist is specifically channeling my own higher self sometimes. I have a download or epiphany regarding a very specific topic on the mechanics of the awareness and then not long after she makes an upload on that very topic or string of thoughts that just went through my mind. 😮

I swear that every time I have an "Aha Moment" and I realize a new truth, you come up with a video about a week later to confirm my new realization! I have been following you since you put out your first video back in 2021 and it is like clockwork! I just realized last week that I am my higher self and I have been all along, but I had to learn it in a progressive way before I could understand the truth. There is no separation. I realized it internally, not intellectually and it really blew me away!

I look forward to your videos every week. There’s a reason the voice of spirit is called "the still small voice;" it’s not loud, it doesn’t hit you over the head. It was a therapist 30 years ago who pointed out to me that Spirit speaks to me thru my writing, my journal entries. As I shared my journal entries with him, he noticed that I’d ask a question and then a few lines later, the answer would show up. The same is true today. I can either journal my thoughts and feelings or I can engage in direct dialogue with my inner being by using a practice known as ‘automatic writing’ in which you use your dominant hand to write out a question and with your non-dominant hand you respond to the question. But first you must clear out the analytical brain’s attempts to answer that question.

Life is a mirror, always pointing back to us. We are looking for source out there, the whole time we've been source looking in the mirror, not realizing it was seeing itself the whole time. Too focused on the mirror itself, or on the individual parts it sees in the reflection. Zoom out, and you see your whole self. Source. Experiencing itself. This is a really challenging truth to point to, and not everyone can wrap their mind around it...or put it into words when you get it. You did great! I'm too new at all this to recall proper nomenclature but,the first thing I thought of when(I think) you said that the right and left brain should be more balanced(?)/in synch with each other, was the pranayama practice of alternate nasal breathing. I'm starting to trust myself more in these things,knowing I have so much to learn. And un-learn.

hahahaha...that's funny, i am new to this channel and one of my first thoughts after scanning all her videos and watching several... was that i was glad she doesn't say much about meditation... as i have never been a great meditator and yet here i am, completely on the same page of her teachings. do we really have to mediate, to be apart of the ascension?
Sarah - amazing timing - this is exactly the Hair Metal I need right now. Exactly where I’m at. Brilliant description of the process. I’ve never heard this perspective. Only thing I might add is for me, source communication and ego communication, or right brain vs left brain SOUNDS the same. The way I can tell them apart is what they actually say. Thank You!! One thing I’ve noticed as a mentally ill person is that - sometimes over identifying with your monkey brain/thoughts gives access for the “devil” or your shadow self, fears, etc. to come through and take charge of your mind and your thoughts. It is very tricky to get out of this loop, but if and when you can, it is so beneficial and will help you to move on and move through the world without all the fears/shadows.
Sarah, I don’t know if you have experience with mental illness, but it would be amazing to hear you talk about anxiety and how it can get in the way of our communication with source, similar to this video but more about fears, shadows, and what we consider the “devil” rather than over identifying with our left brain!
Been watching CZcams since the beginning, this is my first share. Your intellectual understanding of our natural human process is beautiful. I have practiced quieting the mind for a some time but have never understood it with the clarity you seem to have.

Exactly when i berate myself of having a weak mind and not being able to fully focus on what a spiritual teacher is talking about, the thought that comes up is exactly what the teacher brings about in matter of seconds! I recently met someone who's now I'm teacher in Gnosticism. I've been subscribed to several CZcamsrs who have helped me along my journey but when Mr. Chris saw me reading Alchemy by Paul Selig it was divine timing. It feels good to have a physical teacher but I will continue to watch your videos and others. Everything I'm learning is helping me become my True Self and to become a creator of my own reality. Great explanation of this incredible and intimate experience to become one with Source.

This is excellent and though I understand the mind science this video gives me new perspective on my practice.
When I practice presence meditation the goal is to get so present with Spirit I lose the personal identity (I'm not a name or a body, I'm energy, Spirit) and I find the spaces of non-existance within existence (or "The Void"). Physical reality, like everything within it is energy and all energy is wave..there are crests and troughs so "reality" is really an interplay of reality (crest) and non-reality (void) and I found if I can find the non-existence within existence helps me to create whole brain awareness and access my intuion to better speak to Source. I hope this comment helps someone. Happy Samhain, happy Halloween.
