Dr. Manjunath Sukumaran is a Functional Health Coach, the Chief facilitator and the Founder of Harmony Wellness Concepts. After a successful career in veterinary clinical service for 12 years he rerouted his career to human nutrition and health coaching. A graduate of Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York, he has trained thousands of people in Nutrition, Fitness, and Wellness. Sunil Mangalassary is a Professor of Food Science and Associate Chair of the Department of Nutrition and Food Science at California State University, Los Angeles. Sunil received his Ph.D. in Food Technology from Clemson University, South Carolina, emphasizing food safety. He completed his post-doctoral research in Food Packaging in the Packaging Science program at Clemson University. Sunil received his BVSc & AH and M.V.Sc in Veterinary Public Health (VPH) with an emphasis in meat science from the College of Veterinary and Animal Science, Mannuthy. During his five-year stay as a faculty of meat science at Mannuthy Veterinary College, he was a member of a team that established the first center of excellence in meat science and technology in India.
Sunil has been living in the US for the last 23 years, and his current research interests include post-processing food safety, including the development of biodegradable antimicrobial food packaging polymers. He has been directing a food science program for the last 13 years at his current job. He teaches food microbiology/safety, food packaging, animal products technology, and other food science courses. Sunil has been a member of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), a major international organization in food science, member since 2006. He is the incoming chair of the IFT Southern California Division. Sunil has published manuscripts in food science and food safety. He is interested in food and its relationship to culture, politics, and the environment. He has published a book chapter, “Indian Cuisine - The Cultural Connection,” where he explored the origins and cultural connections of Indian cuisine.

ഞാൻ 2022 ജൂൺ ഇൽ കാര്നിവോർ diet തുടങ്ങി. ഈ വർഷം മസാല ചേർക്കുന്നുണ്ട് എന്ന് മാത്രം. ഒരു കിലോ ബീഫ് ആണ് ഒരു ദിവസം ഞാൻ കഴിക്കുന്നത്. രണ്ട് നേരം 10 am and 4 pm. ഒരു മാസം മുന്നേ വരെ ഒരു നേരം മാത്രം ആയിരുന്നു. അറൌണ്ട് 600 g. Gym start ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ weight മൈന്റൈൻ ചെയ്യാൻ രണ്ട് നേരം ആക്കി ഫുഡ്. I never been healthy before.

Same here. I eat a minimum of 300gm of red meat a day. And that can go upto one kilogram a day. Red meat is the most nutrient-dense and the most antiinflammatory food on the planet.

@@manjunathsukumaranyou are completely wrong.high quality protein is provided by meats not plants.plants have non heme iron whereas meats have heme iron .in the case of vitamin A .plants have inactive form of vit A which is called betacarotene at the same time meats have the active form which is called retinol.plants doesn't have zinc,b12,creatine and other lot of things.Also plants have lot of defence chemicals like phytic acid(steals nutrients),oxalates(kidney stone),tannins,lectins etc...
Indian doctors are always obsessed with fibres.fibre is good but not for everyone .some people feel less bloating and constipation after eliminating fibres completely from their diet.people also cure auto immune disease on carnivore diet.but in my opinion ,we should eat more meats .secondly it would be more fruits and dairy.should eat less vegetable and grains.if you could avoid grains that's the best you can do.
