WE’RE IN KONA FOR IRONMAN WORLD CHAMPS - not racing, just hanging (episode 1)

Does anyone read the description anymore? We’re officially in Kona for 10 days leading up the Ironman World Championships this weekend-our teammate Anthony is racing Thursday, and our beloved coach Conrad is on Saturday. We’re not racing, but after Miguel gets over his bruised ego, I mean body, we’re hitting the road and ocean for some fun training in and exploration of this beautiful paradise.
Also, Teddy wasn’t our puppy, sorry to disappoint if you were confused. But we make a great aunt and uncle, wouldn’t you agree?
