Cool models. I like your gear linkage and fork improvements. I built the CR110 several years ago and tried turning some rims for the first time. I like these bike kits because they really encourage you to get in there and start modifying and scratch building things. They're fairly priced too for such oddball kits. The Indians are pricey.
I'm so pleased that you decided to finish building the kit, it really looks superb and the bike is from a time when I went to motorcycle race meetings here in England. I have only one small issue with the kit: the chain is too tight, - it should have a little droop when at rest to allow for movement of the suspension. Thank you once more for another excellent and inspiring video.

Dave had his limitations, and he knows he could never do justice to the kit the way that you do. I’d end up with a pile of scrap that I’d probably have to burn. Or smash. And don’t get me started on cutting all of the panels open! Would you like it? I’d be more than happy to send it to you. Just let me know.
As a bike enthusiast I just know this is going to be another awesome build. How do you research the size for some of the parts? For instance, size of bolts or cables. Anyway, can't wait for part 2. Loving this channel.
Wow 10 years ago started and now it will be done in a few months. Those chain adjusters are the cherry on the cake. But i got 1 question. Why don,t you use the chain detail kit from tamiya?? then you got a real chain and turning backwheel. Are those tamiya parts not capable with this Gunze kit??
The chain of the kit is etched, so I thought there was no problem with the details. It is possible to use Tamiya's chain, but it seems that the production of sprockets will be necessary. Thanks.
@@A4Garage but the strength in spoked wheels is when there under tension, Iam going to make a jawa speedway bike nitro powered but as a stationary running model, and the wheels is where I know I will struggle with the spokes, the wheel will need a little strength to take the spinning

ハイテックモデル！懐かしいなぁ。完成させるだけでも大変そうですが、10年前からの宿題に取り組むわけですね。メタルの加工はプラスチックと違った難しさがありそうですが、A4 Garageさん持ち前のすばらしいスキルと情熱で、きっと重量感があるリアルなモデルに仕上がるでしょう。完成を楽しみにしています。
引越しで止まっていたのを最近取り出しました。確かにその時はできなかった事が今はできるものはあります。楽しいキットですね。

Wheel spokes are metal. 0.25mm stainless steel material.

Some of the gunze kits use both metal and plastic parts. My experience with them is thats the interior pieces are usually made with black rubber!

Most parts of this kit, including the engine, are made of metal. Nice weight and metallic feel.
What are you using on the end of the stick that you use when painting small part
I use tamiya modeling brush hg for painting small parts.
I think you Miss understand my question. I am wanting to know what you use to make the small part stick onto your wooden sticks when you paint them

@@andyguyuk1 I'm not sure if it's suitable for driving, but it's a strength that doesn't have any problem in model condition.
